  1. You are correct I want to paint each chassis the color of the body, also Juggular has my OCD going about white backing, I have found every light tile!!!
  2. I want to paint the chassis on both buggies, but I do not know what the Tamiya color code is for each blue color they used.
  3. assembled this from parts. work in progress
  4. this one today with a buggy champ for me only using friends and family through paypal
  5. yep, this one. Oliverperr tried to scam me today said they are from Texas and this is a pic they posted one of many.
  6. Hello, Looking to replace the Re Re Buggy Champ I sold 12 years ago. I am locatedin the USA so if there are any sellers of used Re Re Buggy Champs I would be in the market. Not my first or only SRB to include vintage era.
  7. My cousin gave them to me, I will ask him what brand they are.
  8. I added oil-filled coil overs to my Black Edition. Now I just need to polish the body and wait for spring to run it.
  9. The Kyosho LeMans 600E vintage but nothing has been re-released as and endurance model yet.
  10. I have had the 2009 Buggy Champ silver edition, I currently have the Sand Scorcher and I love(d) them both, but I had two Super Champs and the design worked. Yes heavy, Yes same front end as the others but the Fighting Buggy update for the rear suspension and the available ball diffs make it a super fun buggy to drive around. Not a Scorpion beater but better than the earlier SRB's.
  11. The design is the same as the original buggy so it will fit.
  12. The chassis design is identical to the original the Life battery only fits by attaching an included holder to the chassis plate. I fit 1800-3000mah nimh and you should be able to li-on batteries in the same m shape to fit. I also use a velcro strap to add some smaller 2200mah 2s lipo's if I want it to go nuts.
  13. I have yet to drive this Fighting Buggy with the new version 2 Tamiya ball diff so it might be a bit better, the Thorp diff in the original never got ran just refurbished and sold. Only thing would be the heavy rear and light front end. The Scorpion's weight bias is better especially the Turbo Re Re with the larger wheels but not by much.
  14. I had two originals one with a surprise thorp ball diff. And I currently have two re re's they are awesome cars, I have a turbo scorpion and it may drive better but nothing can take away the charm of the fighting buggy
  15. The smallest I made it without it kinking from full suspension movement.
  16. The is nothing ironic about his responses to me, might want to look up the definition for that word. Not once was I abusive and if that is your perspective then I guess you can kick a paying member out, IDGAF. But when some one asks for help and you give bad information and are not wanting to be corrected for that is a narcissistic forum I don't need to be a part of.
  17. Apparently you are blind and have a bias towards your friends in this site and you should probably admonish your friend on his way of speaking down to others also. Best of luck.
  18. Not about an ego, just about giving accurate information to the person asking a question. If you see it fit that people are giving information based on an opinion and not fact then I will not need to post anymore. FIN.
  19. Kid168, I hope you were able to figure this out for yourself since this person has no experience and only uneducated opinions. Good luck and enjoy your Fighting Buggy they are an exceptional vehicle. Fujio, Now you are talking a load of bull. The only shocks that needed the better oring are the FRONT shocks. I have had three super Champs and none had the problem with the hose to the shock. You are being an ignorant person just to be difficult. Yes I can tell you from experience that the super champ hose length is not too short and works just fine. And why don't you explain your disagreement about the super champ shock leakage I explained do you have the experience to make an assessment? I don't think so based on any of your "opinions" not direct experience.
  20. You actually need the buggy in hand. The line does not need to stick out as far as it does also the system is no different than the Super Champ same concept updated hardware. A loop will help contain the bubbles that could be created if the buggy was upside-down and the empty space at the top of the reservoir decided to move a bubble, it does not need to be there if enough length was maintained for the side to side movement. Feel free to look at the Super Champ in my showroom, it may not have the "loop" but in Stock form with an unaltered hose front the reservoir to the shock there is plenty of length to not proceed the side to side torsion you describe so you point is moot. The only reason the Super Champ leaked is the nipple that is fitted to the reservior needed to be sealed and the shock itself leaked at the shaft insertion point not where the hose was connected unless broken at that point. Also the Fighting Buggy never needed to have the o-rings replaced in the rear shock, almost 7 years and the rear shock has never seeped once. I really advise that you first need to own a buggy to be able to postulate on this subject. You are cause more and more confusion the longer you speak.
