Ive had a look on tower hobbies and they do 2 packs of the team orion 2400nicads for 38$ but i live in the UK On mdoelsportuk.com i foudn these team orion ones, but theyre 'rocket' are these any different?

thanks tipsy. I think i might stick with nicads and buy a higher power one, as im not 2 sure bout nimhs. plus, at the club where im going to race the track requires betyter acceleration or punch, over top speed. thx []

If i were to get one of these chargers to use when i start racing at my local club should i get nimh or stay with nicads? Ive noticed a lot of people have those cell type batteries, but i dont really know much about them. (Pro-Peak Varipulse 2500VP)

After installing my new motor, a faster stock, I've noticed that (if this makes sense) when I run the motor and let go of the 'throttle' all movement seems to stop alot quicker than when i had the standard 540. Is this because its a stronger motor that it has more resistance to turning freely? The gearing in my car is all still fine and there is nothing obstructing movement, and it still runs fast. Any help appreciated Chris []

ok thanks! yeah it does nimh but i ahve nicads should i think about getting nimh? i hear theyre alot harder to maintain, but i wont go into that. how long does it take to charge using these kind of chargers? thanks, chris[]

hey try slowing the car down a bit, and moving the camera with the car as it goes past. Or step back so your not so close n you should find you wont get so many blurred pics. [] chris.

Im looking to buy a 'delta peak' charger which i will need now that I have joined an RC club, as I only ahve a basic 5hr charger which has been fine up until now. Hey ive just got the fors focus rs version of the TT01, I think ill probably get the CVA minishocks as i can also upgrade the suspension wif on road spring set to make it better, instead of spendin £60 on aluminium ones [xx(] but i dono yet lol chris

Does anyone have a Team Paradigm motor? I have just bought a signature series srock from my LHS who are one of only a few who hold a license to be able to sell them in the UK. This is the first motor upgrade I have bought and it seems like a pretty good motor (although cannot compare it with other makes)
