  1. I? afraid that the Bodyshell is also "Toy Grade" i ordered a WlToys Driftcar with an ugly Porsche Body because i thougt that the Wheelbase is 90 mm each, but the WlToy Drift Car has 98mm Wheelbase. So maybe there is a little inexpensive Mod to install a Microservo and ESC in the Future. (I must have a Receiver, ESC Combo from a Losi Micro-T laying around.somewhere) Also i Hope to find a good Shell for the WlToys Drifter, because i do not like Porsches (exept the Rally Porsche from Tamiya) and the Color looks ugly. There is a Guy that put Dicast Bodys on that little things, but i think they are to heavy. But a Delorean Drifter or Renault R5 Drifter would be awsome.
  2. Hello, i got a Modelcraft GT3.2 2,4 GHz Transmitter and a Receiver. I had an old Modelcraft Receiver laying around that was not binding with my other 2,4GHz Transmitter(Don`t know the Brand) and managed to bind it with my new Transmitter. I saw that GoolRC, Absima, Modelcrat and Flysky Transmitter look all the Same. Can i i Bind Flysky or Absima Receivers with my Modelcraft Transmitter?
  3. I use the machined Part from @Madinventor and i'm very Happy with it. Maybe i can find the diagram of it.
  4. Hello, i got a Set of four mini CVAs without the lower Cas. I was upset about it, but maybe it could be 3D Printable. Does anyone printet the CVA lower caps? Are there any 3D Files for it?
  5. I've started so put Decals on my red Hornet. I'm not sure if i should put all stickers on....
  6. Did anyone use this combo already? 8,4 7 Cell Battery + Tamiya ESC? Do 7 Cell Batterys fit?
  7. Hi, I have anti Rotation bracets. I would send them to you. I search for it in the evening.
  8. Today i built the Renault with the rear TL01 Arms. They are toed out a little bit, is this normal??
  9. My local Hobbyshop Guy said that Revell spraycans can be used for plastic and Lexan. Is anyone able to confirm this?
  10. It seems to be a very good Chassis for the Price, i read that the Dogbones are prone to breaking. Here i found a Guy that Put Bodys that fit on the Chassis:
  11. I'm also very afraid of painting mine I have a King Cab Shel laying around for years because i'm afraid of making Mistakes during the Paintjob.
  12. Does the old Monster Beetle have the same Problem? I habe a Blackfoot and a Monster Beetle and neither of them shows any Problems.... But i was always afraid to get the Hex Bones round during driving. I use Silvercans or Sport Tuned Motors in them.
  13. Gettimg an ESC :D With an ESC you can run it without troubles. If you want to keep the MSC for any reason: Check the Servo, recallibrate and grease your MSC.
  14. Hello, I own 4 of the Losi Micro RCs (Stadium Truck, Raminator, Baja, Highroller) but all the Batteries are dead. I have one Lipo For them (without Balancer?!) http://www.losi.com/Products/Features.aspx?ProdId=LOSB0863 Do anyone know if its possible to fit any genreric Batteries in them? I would love to put in some 7,4 V Batteries in them because they`re really fast under 7,4V. Can anyone recomend any of these Batteries? https://www.amazon.com/s?k=walkera+akku&__mk_de_DE=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&ref=nb_sb_noss Do they fit? When do i need a Balancer? (I would love to buy a Set of Batteries with the right charger included) I would love to reactivate this litte Things and build a Racetrack in my Garden.
  15. Hi, there are these mini RCs from WL Toys. They seem to funcion decent straight out of the Box. Do anyone of you own one of these? (Seems perfect for Kids)
  16. Are there any 3D print parts for the wishbones? I have a Holiday Buggy and a DT02 with a Sand Scorcher Body on it. It would be sweet if i could narrow the Track down al ittle bit. Only thing i´m little bit afraid of is tat the Handling could be worse...
  17. What size of shocks did you use? The CVA Mini or the CVA super mini?
  18. The DT-03 would be my Choise. It`s easy to build and its a fun to run. It has a decent Motor and Oilshocks. I think the Paintjob is the hardest Part (like every other Tamiya), then there are the Oilshocks... but 90 % of the build your Son is capable to do. My Daughter is 5 at the Moment and is able to drive a DT-01 Fighter Buggy, i was amazed! the Figherbuggys are a very very very good Start to get into RC. They are Easy to build, they are Easy to drive and they are easy to repair even repairs are very uncommon becaus you can drive it straight into a Brickwall and the Thin doeasn`has a Scratch.
  19. I inspected my Manual of the M-05Ra and stumled upon the Dampers.... Ithought ther will be Oilfilled Shocks, because they look like CVAs, but they are something "new" frictionshocks i`ve never seen befor. Are the Shocks of the kit usable? (the "tune up parts" do not show CVAs, they show bearings, a dirt tuned Motor, universal shafts and a a high tourque Servosaver..... Is the Car driveable with the standard Shocks?? Sadly i bought some used CVAs and at home i saw that the lower Caps are missing, so i have 4 super mini or mini CVAs without the lower Caps....
  20. The Hobbywing works with the Super Stock BZs. I Use it in my Wild Dagger even if i like the Tamiya ESC handlingwise better. It has a softer Brake, the Hobbywing brings almos a imidiate Stop wich often gets into a "frontflip".
  21. Are there undertrays fur Tamiyacars?? (Like the Topforce has) I Bought a M-05RE Renault and it has a Lexan Skidplate and a second cover but no Undertray. Is there a Undertray for TTo2s or TL01s?
  22. Yep, but if you fit a Micro Servo a Micro ESC, A Receiver and a Remote to the Car, ther is no Price Advantage to a Propper Mini Z.... And the Chassis is still not very Capable Here is a Review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GlHj6QYB9aA It`s cheap als heck. The Promotional Video did a good Job, ithough: "ok, its a propper mini Z with very slow RW Settings, but its Functional and perfect for Kids" But without an ESC and a Servo its useless for Kids.... Here is the Steering Mechanism :
  23. Hello, i wanted to buy a Mini-Z Toyota Sprinter (+ a Toyoty Celica). But wow they`re expensive as badword even "out of the Box". So i got to Ebay and searched.... Yesterday i found that Kids Toys from Kyosho, i watched the promotionial Video and it was an Instant Buy for 50 Bucks (Shipping is expensive...). But today i watched i Videoreview and found out that they are not Propotionial, either the Steering nor the Gas... So now i`m depressed because of my wron decision, even if that Car is for my Daughter... But Kids need Proportional Steering and Gas to. (She can drive a Fighter Buggy RX)
  24. Down the Rabbit hole one again.... First things first: Why i`m unable to find a geral Rally Thread? I´m now building my second Rallycar with a TL-01 Chassis. Ibought a 6 Set of MG 996R Servos to build them into Cars that need a higher Tourque Servo. And soon i want to update my Modern Cars to a 2,4 gHz Radio. While i´m building my second Rally Car and Searching for upgrades i was shocked about the current Prices. I alwas use Plastic Tamiya CVAs and nowdas these Things cost 25-30 euros plus 10 Euros for Shipping (Product + Shipping = 35-40 Euros every Time) also the Sport Tuned Motors are very expensive nowdays. Last Time i got back into my RCs, the Sport Tuned Motors and the CVAs were 15 Euros each with Shipping included.... Also i`m wondering if i should stay with the TL-01 Chassis or if i should Update to a DF-03Ra Chassis or a TA-02 or something like that..... There is a local Guy who sells 2 DF-03RA Chassis for 150 Euros each.... So, here are my questions: Is there any general Rally Topic? Is there a Template for this Rally Startgates?? I Want to have an "Sega Rally 95´" Startgate for my Cars.
  25. Fitted a new body for reinacting Sega Rally.
