I would wish for a Decalsheet on MCI Racing. Or from Jconcepts. Or from any other Decal manufactuer JConcepts has built one for promotion. But there isn't any decalsheet found in the Web. Does anyone know Nathan from MCI or someone from JConcwpts pwrsonally?

Hello there, I have a Clod running with a 7 cell NiMh Battery pack and 25GT Tuned Motors with the standard Tamiya Double Motor ESC. The rear one is timed backwards so it runs the same Speed as the front one. I will build a second clod and I want to race them near the Specs of trigger king retro outlaw class. When I watch the Trigger king Retro lass, the trucks they are running seem to be faster than my Clod. They run 27 Turn Cans.... I run 25 Turn Cans with good torque and more RPM than silver and. Lots of people use the jconcepts 27 Turn Motors. What are the specs of them? Are they faster than my Motors? I'm thinking about getting hotter Motors for my new Clod, because it will use a hobby wing ESC. Any expierience with either the JConcepts 27T or the 17T Motors??

I need a Tipp for soikdering.... How do i soilder the connector? Or like that? I think # 2 seems right. Do i need additional Soildermetalwire or is thestuff on the Cable just fine? Would Krimping just work too?

I got my Chevy Body. And my Clod and the Hobbywing ESC did came too: I have a yellow Spraycan, a Hobbywing ESC and a Set of 4 E-maxx Bigbore Shocks or 4 red Chinashocks.... I will get a Chassis brase fo a longer Wheelbase. Now i don't know what to do. I Want a plain yellow Carolina Crusher, but there are no decals for it. I would have to buy 2 sheets and the one sheet has a "sheety" crusher Graphic on it. The Carolina Crusher v2 sheet would be for a 2 color Paintjob. But i prefer the Yellow Paintjob..... Also i'm not very pleased with the Shocks i have. I really want to ride 2 shocks (or more like the real CC). The big bores work fine but only if you use 1 per Wheel. Than i could buy INJORA shocks like the ones on my Bigfoot lookalike, but they do leak..... even with green slime an you cant put red Tamiya O Rings in there...... Could i use 60mm Dampers? Can anyone tell me what aftermarketdampers would be working (really working, not leaking)? I purchased a King yellow ith ballbearings all aroud, Radiogear, and a super Stock Motor BZ for 130 Bucks. it was a steal I only have to organize the shipping. So now i think i need Dampers, the guy didn`t say anything aboudt Dampers beeing changed and on the pictures you see black shocks. Theese could be either Pogos or CVAs, i assume Pogos..... So now to the Damper Part: There was a Set for the Wild Willy 2 #84366 with 4 !yellow! CVAs for around 15 Bucks. It would be awesome to get 2 Sets of them, because i nee 46 for the KY and 2 for a Astute Tribute. If i by generic black CVAs on Ebay i would pay 40 for !2! plastic CVAs shipped or around 50 for 4 Dampers shipped...... So i would be paying minimum 100 Bucks for Plastic Dampers, that is definetly too much for me. What aftermarketshocks could i use? At "Conrad" they have 60mm reely aluminium Dampers, but i dio not trust them. On Amazon they have 65 mm Shock from "Dilwe"..... But i like to have Models that last forever. I do not want to screw them apart a lot. I did ruined the Gearboxes of my Blazing Star because i screwed them apart a lot, so the covers of the Gearbox did loose themself because the selftaping scrw couldn`t hold it together..... I do not abuse my cars, i want to have them in running condition and i want to have them in running condition forever.

I will make a Thread for that topic as soon as i will be ready to change them. I do have a lot of Models for a Person that isn`t that deep into the Hobby, i have to make a list of each Model. MAybe some of them do have Steel ones (maybe the King Cabs or my Top Force). Luckly i do not drive my Models very often. Only a few Batterypacks as soon as the Bug bites me. My most used Model is my Wild One....

So now, i have to get Steelpinions for all of my Models..... Is there a good Site (maybe in Europe?) where i can get the right pinions to all of my Models? They must be labeled with the Modelname, i can`t count tooth, i do not know what a Module is etc.. I just want to order them and swap them out. Maybe some of my Models have Steel Pinions (f.i. the Top Force? or my Grasshopper because i installed a 540 can or my DT-02 Astute Tribute - it came with 2 extra Pinions and one of them is Black all over instead of silver.....) or Brass Pinions.

Sounds just right. But my old LHS Guy told me that he always uses the standard Pinions because Tamiya Models only are uses with Sport Tuned Motors if he ever upgrads and the Aluminium Pinions are not as abrasive to the Plastic gears. As i told him that ALL People change them to Steel Pinions, he said that that isn`t good and that it is a Myth that this creates Sandingpaste :D Funny thing is: He runs Models longer than my lifetime counts and has plenty of expierience AND was a bit active on the Tamiyaclub i think. He was the one that told me about the Tamiyaclub and that i can get old Manuals in our TC Libary. But maybe i get something wrong in the context. i don`t know. He had a lot of own opinions. He said that you have to rooughen the Lexanbodys before Painting with an abrasive Kitchencleaner till it gets a bit milky.... If you read this, greetings from the 15. District of vienna :D

Hello, i would love to get hold of 2 Tamiya 84366 smini CVA Sets in Yellow. Theese were on Sale for 17 Dollars, but everywhere i look they are sold out..... I need 6 mini Shocks for my King Yellow G6-01 and 2 for my Astute replica. BR, Whahooo

Im not int othaht mich Speed, i jast want so have a little bis uf 6x6 fun. I was wishing to get 2 Sets of #84366 shocks. Theese are the Mini Shocks and would cost about 16 Dollars each.... and i had 8 yellow schocks and would have 2 extra shocks for my Astute Replica Mini Shocks are recommended for the Wild Willy, so i would assume they would fit the Kong head/King Yellow. What lengh are recommended, watching the prices for CVAs i think i will search for other Producers of shocks... Knowing ethe exact mm that i would need would be awesome. I like to drive super soft Dampers, but a bit longer for some sag and negative shocktravel, so would not use Spacer inside the shocks. But a mm recommondation would be great.

I´m luky to tell you that i´ve got the Deal of the "King Yellow" (2nd offer) with a Lightset, a super Stock Motor, a Radio and full Ball Bearings for 130 Bucks! So 10 Bucks more than the first offer without Berings, Radio or anything... I`m very happy! I hope the Lightset isn`t ugly and fairly good mounted. Can anyone tell me what Lights would be on wich Spot on the Bus? I never saw an american Schoolbus in nature. I assume all the rear Lights are red (stop when red lights flash) and the Headlights are white/yellow, but what Color does have the front lamps on the Roof?? What Dampers would be a good fit? If Tamiya or aftermarket ones - either of them are ok if they work fine. I just need a Set of 6 pcs. The Chinashocks on Ebay are rubbish, you can see that they won`t performe in this Video: Maybe they work better when you put the Rod in befor putting the diaphram and the Cap on..... Last Question: The Wheels are painted red.... How can i remove the Paint? wich Paint is the original Color and what Paint would fit? I do not really like Chrome, Silverish Gray would be ok, Black with an yellow outer Ring would be nice....

Thanks for that Info. Ialready bought an chevrolet Body. The schoolbus would cost me more than 100 Bucks anyways and i think the Tamiya King Yellow looks just a bit better with its blockier Look. And i wrote 2 People with king Yellows, so i will getting one in a few weeks (or Days?). It would have be awesome if Tamiya made a Clodversion of the Kinf Yellow with a new Chassis :D. The King Yellow looks awesome and it seems to make a lot of fun driving it, but it is 1:18 Scale, so near a Lunchbox it doesnt look scale and the Lunchbox doesn`t look scale to the Clodbuster

I will use the Servomounts from @Madinventor. What Color should i use for that Carolina Rusher Body?? Tamiya PS-6 ? And would the Chrome or black Ladderbars fit the Model better? For the Decals: Nathanel wrote me that he has following Decals. But the first Sheet does not have the red line with that heartbeat Wave. The second one has that Line, but it isn`t red....
