  1. Hi everyone. When I built my Frog I used the standard Tamiya ceramic grease on the gears in the gear box. Does it need to be re-greased at some point? And if so, with what sort of lube?

    I was thinking of squirting some white lithium grease in there but figured I would ask here first.

  2. Pretty much same here, except it was 1984 and I was 12.

    I had purchased a used Frog. I loved that car. It was rough, but that was ok.

    My friends had a Hornet, a Grasshopper, and Blackfoot (I think that was the name).

    They had the old MSC with the ceramic resistor that got hot as heck.

    Yes, yes they do :P I slapped one in my Midnight Pumpkin and was wide-eyed when I first hit the throttle. A very sweet little upgrade.

    I remember the Midnight Pumpkin. Really cool truck. Do you have any pics on here? I looked at some old posts but the pics are no longer active.
