pm sent redzone ,I'm thinking of fabing up the prop shaft with some 5mm carbon rod and some brass retainers or I was also think I could make a one piece shaft also out of carbon rod. I have found a few Tamiya engine mounts for around $30 , I'm kinda hold off any purchases till tomorrow arvo ,I need to win the car first if not then I gots to buy all the bits separately

i tell you some parts are impossible to find or people want crazy money for them ,I could only find 2 listings for a prop shaft and they would cost me about $80 landed which combined with the purchase of a egress shaft is getting close to $100 . ahh the beauty of living Australia....the hunt continues.

pm sent ,I'm after a few other period correct hop ups at a reasonable price ,new or 2nd don't matter. main ones are. 53079,53142,53145 and 53071. like I said if anyone has them and wants to see them put to good use hit me up

i read somewhere that a set of tl01 pins fits the early ta chassised cars, can someone confirm this for me please.

anyone know a way to make adjustable upper arms fro the ta01? I got the tie rods sorted with a trf item but without have the actual arms here I cant measure them

thanks for the response ,I not sure what the track is going to look like yet as its not being built for another month or so. I think im set with the springs and stuff ,i'll change the oil in the before I throw them on this build I just secured a one way. my only snag atm is the steering ,what length are the front tie rods for a ta01? I really want to use a turn buckle of some sort can anyone point me in the right direction and maybe a measure for the adjustable upper arms ,I'm about to order a load of ball connectors and short adjusters but I'm clueless as to what to use for tie rods and toe links.

hi guys new to the forum , just want some thoughts and suggestions on how this will go .I'm build the car from scratch and thought id go with a ta01 as I have most of the parts and the rest seemed easy enough to locate its going to be stock brushed with a mint reedy mach1 I have but as I haven't had any experience with carpet what would be a good start point for gearing and suspension ,I have a set of low friction dampers ready and waiting.
