Which one looks the nicest Hilux or F350?

That looks gorgeous, the Hilux and F350 are just under £300 delivered, but I'm very tempted by nobbi1977's Tundra. Now to earn browny points with the wife.

How much would you want for it posted? I'm in the UK.

A few months ago I started a post about what kit to get next. Anyway a few people suggested the Hotshot, so I decided I was going to get the Super Hotshot, my mind was made up but I haven't ordered it yet. Today I took the kids out on their bikes to the local woods and whilst we were there I started thinking how awesome would this place be with a 4wd truck I would really like a crawler, so I started looking and I found that for an extra £100 - £150 I could have a Toyota Tundra, Toyota Hilux high lift and Ford F350 high lift. The F350 is my least favorite so it would be between the Tundra or Hilux, the Tundra is about £50 more expensive is it worth the extra because as far as I can see it's exactly the same apart from the shell. Or should I just stick with my original decision and get the Super Hotshot, ( I wanted a Hotshot since I was a kid). I already have a RB E ONE R 1.8th buggy which I love to bash with, I also have a Turnigy Trooper SCT, Re Re Sand Scorcher, TL01 Subaru Impreza Rally car and my daughter has a Neo Scorcher. So I'm thinking we don't have a crawler in our collection.

I see your in the UK, sending the item to any EU country will not incur any customs charges as we haven't left the EU yet, even when we notify the EU of amendment 50 it will still take at least 2 years to fully leave. So no I wouldn't mark the value of the item down.

The little girl belongs to me so no problem there, but the little boy his Mum took the photos and would probably hit me on the head with her camera. Next time I'll get my little girl to jump over me with her Pink Neo Scorcher .

I would buy 2 but my wife would throttle me, she already says I love my Scorcher more than her ( it's true but don't tell her ).

That's another thing that I find strange, why are there still Sand Scorcher's available? Every man and his cat has one including myself, did they just make millions of them? Considering they have been out for 6 years you would have thought supply would be thin on the ground.

Why did they not re release the Ford Ranger xlt when they did the buggy champ and sand scorcher?

Thanks for all your help guys I finally got around to fitting the TRF kit and so far so good no leaks.

A couple of months ago I bought my daughter a Pink Neo Scorcher she's driven it a couple of times but now the pink is peeling from the body and spoiler and yesterday when she was pottering about with it the Torque tuned motor packed up. Can I claim warranty and who would I need to speak to Tamiya themselves or Tamico whom I bought it from?

I've searched the forum and found a few threads about the Sand Scorcher steering mod, but none of them seem to tell you what parts are required. I've got a new radio box so I'm not too bothered about cutting the old one about what I wanted to do was drill a hole into the end of the receiver box and poker the servo through so that I can seal it up because I use the car on the beach a lot. What servo saver, ball joints, ball joint cups and size threaded rod would I need to do this any ideas what be really appreciated. Also I've got an Acoms servo fitted at the moment but I was thinking of getting a Fubuta S3003.

On my little ones Neo Scorcher that I've just built there were some quite thick "o"rings between the drive shafts and the cups there isn't a massive amount of movement on them.

That's what I thought, but I thought they must be rubbish to sell that cheap. The thing is for me I love getting the kits and building them, that's a lot of the enjoyment of RC.

Oh what have you done, now I must have this as a second body, I was going to get a rough rider but this is much better thanks.

Would it be possible to fit a Blackfoot body onto a SRB chassis? I've got a Re re Sand Scorcher and I was wondering if I would be able to fit a Blackfoot body to it to make it into a Ford Ranger and how much work it would be, anyone know or tried it?
