That's a really cool looking buggy.👍😎 I am not a big box art fan but I guess the reason why most Hornets are painted in box art style is that they are looking great that way. It's the same for some other cars like the Blitzer Beetle. I don't have a Hornet but if get one it will be definitely build in box art.

These are rubber tires. Tamico have them in stock.

For me the post man brought a fast delivery random bits from Tamico:

I just thought I have déjà vu as I saw this post already on Saturday or Sunday. It's on page 659. Looking cool btw.

Absolutely great. Your modelling skills are absolutely awesome. When I read that you've paint the wheels I thought "Oh no!", because I like the satin silver on them, but bronze turned out pretty cool.

I guess you mean the static kit instruction manual?! Here you can find it: https://www.tamiya.de/de/produkte/plastik-modelle/fahrzeuge-124/1-24-nismo-skyline-gt-r-z-tune-r34-300024282/ Click on the Downloads tab under the pictures. -
Spend some money at L&L Models and Tamico. And disassembled the FF-01 chassis of my Mondeo.

I have a M-05 Mini Cooper Monte Carlo, never driven except for a short test without the body in the kitchen. I am waiting for the Ford Escort MK2 body and will probably buy an M-08 for it.

I've started to rebuild my FF-01 Mondeo and have everything disassembled including the ball diff. What grease should I use for re-assembling? Is Tamiya Ball Diff Grease the way to go or are there equal or better options? Ceramic grease for example?

Unfortunately I don't know the sponsors. On the pic the only one I can identify is KO Propo.

It's just a guess from looking longer at the picture: Is it possible that this is not a box art with decal sheet but more a paint job for a TRF team driver? What makes me think that is the fading from blue to white on the side and hood of the car. And maybe in this is a red decal stripe. The rest I would say are sponsor and TRF stickers. Maybe...

Help: how to get rid of old puffed Li-Po?
Aerobert replied to Fabia130vRS's topic in All things electric...
In Germany you have to cover the pins with some tape and then you can put them in the battery containers in super markets. -
Maybe that's one of the reasons...
-
That's brilliant.

@Ferruz I love your pictures, especially those with the Hornet so much that I really think if I should get a Hornet. 👍

I'm looking for a 2.4 GHz receiver for a df models transmitter which I've just bought in a lot with some cars. The transmitter is branded as a df models Race-Pro and have a label on which says CY310. It seems that this transmitter was sold under several names. I would like to use it for a build for one of my nephews but don't want to spend to much money on it as I do know if it wil work. Maybe someone have a suitable receiver for it which isn't needed anymore. If so please contact me. I'm located in Germany. Here is a pic of the transmitter.

This is something that I also have thought of. I've made some tests with diluted gray paint in a pump spray bottle (which is use for plants or ironing, hope you know what I mean) and a hair dryer to simulate road dirt. The result on an old plastic can was quite promising but up to now I didn't try it on a body shell. -
Two well used Super Fighter, one G and one GR with three radios and some spare parts.
-
Two pairs of HPI stock car wheels.
-
I would recommend an IMAX B6 charger. I'm using mine for minimum 10 years now and have had no problems, except for a defect power supply.
-
As I was looking for a solution of a similar issue I found this: Maybe this will help.

I know. It was just to show that a 914/916 exist. I would prefer the 911 Carrera G-Model or first 911.

Bought a batch of two used Super Fighter GR, three radios (including 2.4 gHz) and a lot of spare parts for 80€ posted. I guess I've made a good deal.
