  1. Second Boomerang now here and is different in so many ways to the other!
  2. Hey no worries, I might keep both and make one mint and race the other There's some nice Frogs on Ebay at the moment but I understand why you don't like buying off there.
  3. I have a Boomerang that I'm thinking of letting go as I've found myself with two. There is a servo but no other electrics, no battery, no shell but the rest of the car appears to be intact. Piece of damage to the front left suspension but an easy fix for someone. email me on ellissim@matthey.com if interested and I can get pics to you
  4. Thanks Terz you're a legend! And thanks Matman, very friendly forum this!
  5. Tamiya big stuff I tried sending a PM and it said you couldn't received them? I'm in the UK is that ok? Matman I'm not sure where those are I'll try and find them if I can't get a manual.
  6. As title really, been keeping an eye out on eBay and nothing yet. Failing that if someone would be kind enough to photocopy/scan me theirs I'd be very grateful - just want to make a start on rebuilding mine. Happy to Paypal across whatever people feel this is worth
  7. No shell unfortunately. Does look pretty tidy just a little grubby. Gf wasn't too impressed when it arrived, they just don't get it do they!
  8. This is one of the Boomerangs in its current state
  9. Hi bud no I didn't win the green and white pair although I did spot them on there. I'll try and get some pics on here if you bare with me
  10. I believe this is my first post although I have been signed up a few months (just been browsing) Back in around 1986/87 my parents bought me a Tamiya Boomerang which my Dad and I built together and I always wondered what happened to that old buggy and always meant to buy another. well strangely last week I not only bought a Vintage Boomerang but I bought two! For no other reason than that they were won for good prices on eBay. My intention is to take them apart and clean them up and replace and missing/damaged parts and possibly make one perfect buggy out of the two and spray it in Kawasaki Green like mine was all those years ago. Really looking forward to getting stuck in with it! I do also have a 1989 Madcap which is in pretty sweet condition for its age! I may well be pestering you guys for parts and advise.
