Raced it in the Tamiya TCS...it has gearing issues which makes it hard to race. I was racing the GT3 class and everyone was pulling from me on the straights, but then again I may have had a flat motor too. I had the lowest gearing possible which is 55/25. The gearing needs to be about 5.5:1 to be a contender. Unless, someone comes out with a motor mount to allow for more gearing options the TB02 will be seen more as a shelf-display then anything else.
When you build the diffs place a little thread lock on the end of the diff screw since they have a tendency to back out. Get anything "hardened/reinforced" if you are serious about racing it. I haven't broken anything reinforced yet!!
Here's my hopups...
TA04 Hard Suspension Arms
TA04 Hard Front Knuckles & Rear Uprights
TBEVO3 Suspension Blocks A/0 (x2), B/1.5 (Front), C/2 (Rear)
TB02 Motor Heatsink Mount - really helps reduce heat
TB02 Aluminum Steering - reduces slop and smooths steering
TBEVO3 Reinforced Diff Joints - much stronger then the kit plastic
TRF Matched Springs Yellow/Soft (Rear), Blue/Hard (Front)
Here's my setup
Front Suspension...
Camber -.5
Toe-In -1.5
Spring -Hard
Oil -60wt
Tires -Tamiya Type A Medium Narrow Reinforced Hard Inserts
Rear Suspension...
Camber -2.0
Toe-In -2.0
Spring -Soft
Oil -40Wt
Tires -Tamiya Type A Medium Narrow Reinforced Soft Inserts

I haven't flipped my mini yet...but then again I've got the silver can in mine. Are you still using the friction shocks? If so try using the oil-filled ones, and get the stabilizer sets to limit suspension rolling. And try relocating your electronics to lower the Center of Gravity
