Bit of work on my basic ff03planned to convert to 420 arms and hubs as run a 420x so be nice to share spares 😂
fits perfectly, have to be flipped for ifs so had to drill a hole for the droop screw but all good and easy to do.
whilst doing slipped in double cardens.
suspension blocks need upgrading as plastic ones aren’t the best but work for now.just had to re-arrange the spacers and achieved the same c hub position. 👍
will test at a track test and tune next week. By then the rears should be done.
drove it for the first time Thursday just gone and it was really good in kit form without a shell on, stuck the kit body on, with buckets and all, and handled shocking!
hopefully the light weight body I have now will stop this, plus the addition of 417 sway bars which fit almost perfectly, just the rears will need a trim..- 4

I’ve been looking for this diff housing but not seen any..
there are some Ali ones on eBay for the ff03 pro which I think is gear diff,, thinking if they are any good, might be modifiable to accept the ta06 diff as I have them for my m07 🤔

M07 fun… started as a concept and escalated from there,, quite a lot of time and effort gone it to this.. 😂😂 modded to take ssbb dampers so I can utilise trf springs I have,, 3d printed towers, tried many setups but finally got there,,, we are a bit more generous on the rules and are running 17.5 blinky,, no top end motors,, we running speed passions or just stocks to keep it competitive..
As long as you glue the front sidewalls you can setup almost how ever you like! 😆

Looking for a m07 for a friend, nothing too wild, we might be running a stock mini class at our club..
anyone got anything around used and not required any longer? Ideally a roller or slider, shell not important but open to it and can pass details on..
Also considering m08 now..
ta in advance

Up for sale is
1 x trf417v5 / 417x
Had this for a little while as planned to collect one of each. But plans change and now I’ve decided to concentrate on my two main race cars.
So this is now available.
I originally bought it as a 417x semi rebuilt, and since finishing the rebuild off I’ve come to realize it’s most likely a 417v5 but been built up on a 417x chassis plate. Most likely the v5 plate was scratched up and got removed and used a 417x as the v5 plate is very hard to source.
Upon inspection I found It has the thicker damper towers and the split motor mount bulkheads and of course the v5 aeration dampers all indicating v5 status.
It’s had new a new front belt along with other parts along the way as required and I was told originally by the previous owner most bearings were replaced as he started to rebuild.
It is in great condition and deserves to be used.
Hardly any marks on it, There are a few bits where the blue has worn off the alloy pieces through use, but the chassis plate is basically brand new.
There is a blue 3x8 Ali screw missing but I’ll put a replacement in from my other car so it is correct, just forgot to do it before pictures.. same also the rod stopper which is missing off the rear arb I have but not fitted yet, but included..
As with all second hand cars, it’s always best to do a thorough inspection your self to ensure everything is ok and up to your standard.
International post available, please contact me for exact prices as I’ll have to add it on to the price.
For more pictures, please contact me, and we can sort out WhatsApp or picture messages etc.
£250 including fees and uk postage

here is a video 2 years ago fresh build!! Different gearing tho, took some time to find the correct spur. (Now 80T 64P and 35T pinion.) it could eventually fit a 64P 72T spur if the diff plates are shortened in diameter for 2mm.
That’s a neat idea! I like it! I’m gonna be in blinky, I won’t know if I need to get fans on till I race it. I’m hoping not. It’s only a small track. 👍 but I like the fan mounted at the rear! 👍👍👍
I tried to test it outdoors the other day but handnt glued the tyres, got 10mph and the tyres rolled away! 😂😂 gonna glue and try again. 👍

Hi there, sorry for the delay! 😁
im running a trackstar 80amp Had to take the fan off but reckon it’ll be ok.
the motor is a old trackstar 17.5tThink it was a 94t 0.4 spur 35t pinion, FD 2.68.. i was advised 2.6-2.8 on a 17.5t
not sure if it will be on pace with the other gt10 in the class I’ll run in but maybe one day I’ll see! 🤞
