The pieces I’m struggling with most (just to find let alone afford) are... 4305166 - resistor cover (it’s a part that’s on a lot of the older cars - e.g. hornet) 9005202 - drive shafts (comes as a set but tbh I just need 50mm dog bones) 2685016 - body mount (it’s the self tapping one) any help much appreciated ill give an update on build progress for each of the 3 falcons in a bit JJ

So I’m starting on my falcon build - I have 2.5 sets to make good the first one I bought as a rolling chassis and cleaned up however I then bought a huge box of spares, 1 filthy chassis and lots of brand new parts. so maybe making 1 shelf Queen, and clean up the filth and making that a rolling chassis to sell on. I’m struggling to locate the rear suspension arms (I’ve not got very far into the build) and the fronts I can get 3D printed. the rears look just the like monster beetle - but I guess I’m not that lucky! Some new old stock... JJ

Love this JJ -
Looking good all stickered up. (I’ll take some better pics in the daylight) This was the paint overspray but it’s not a major issue JJ

Well shell painting has been a bit hit and miss the neon orange went down ok but potentially needs a white backing and not black as it’s dulled down significantly - which actually works tbh masking was ok but trying to mask complicated areas like the roll bar means my lines are out ever so slightly JJ
-
Finished off the comical build today what a lovely chassis will try and get the shell painted tomorrow JJ
-
Getting stuck into the comical hornet build a bit today got the gearbox stripped and ball races added plus a sports tuned 540 (colour match only) then built a bit of the chassis and finally painted and assembled my driver this is the first time I’ve painted the driver on a car - quite enjoyed it and made soooooo much easier with the tamiya paint stand that only cost me £14 off amazon Going to mask up tomorrow and paint the roll hoops a nice bright colour JJ
-
-
Well it needs some lube so Im going in ha ordered neon carrot orange to try and mask up and paint the roll bars internally (cheapest paint at £3.99 delivered) itll be the first attempt at masking up rather than relying on the stickers JJ
-
Ah yes - thank you JJ

They pop up on eBay from time to time a stunning car bear hawk arrived today - yummy what a lovely car im very impressed and the matte black is amazing JJ
-
Well it’s arrived but gutted the gearbox is pre assembled (I may take it apart) the Core RC paint looks best grey on the lid but giving the corner of the lexan mould a few coats and I think it’s gonna be ok It has a nice sparkle to it JJ
