I have no idea . You would think at least $500 ++ & over ??.

More i would say ( maybe up to $1000 ) . It also comes down to condition & does it have box's , for car /battery / radio gear etc .

You would need to look at Ebay prices .

Or i would ask TC member Hibernaculum , as he knows more about selling & trading things.

Just ask on PM & say i said to ask you ( as him ) .

He does have web site as well .

      http://www.rctoymemories.com/

Yer ! he's into it more in this type of area &

Maybe let him know about the FB page you have ?.

Sorry , as this is all i can help ya with .

Most comes down to what some one would pay ! .

Lets see what Hibernaculum comes up with . Now he is

a busy man , so it can take a few days or more till he gets back to you .

But it would have to be rear i bet .

well ive only seen 2 on ebay and they where pigs

i thought around $800 as never used but hey ive seen the same **** on ebay for years with

crazy price that never sell lol  but yer i think your right any thing over $500 would be fair

      thanks again for your help

  5. hi, i thought i would share some pix of my tamiya 58008 never run with some vintage fatuba radio gear
  6. cheers mate wanted a classic look hotshot car with modern set up and not 2 hotshot gear boxes on a freak chassie will do a vid soon mate ,only done a 10min blast in drive way and holly crap it was trying to power stand !!!! gearbox sounds silky smooth , felt bad after test run and turned the timing down on motor lol, willplay with pinion gear at the track to get it running safe and cool with motor
  7. tamiya HEADSHOT 2.0 (hotshot) thanks to a few guys here that pointed at a few things they didnt like ive taken that on board first up ive made bottom of chassie counter sunk, just 2 long counter sunk bolts i dont have for the steering bearings (rack) and a set of front/rear CV,s from a top force are in the mail to smooth out the drive line thanks for your imput guys as its easy to miss some details
  8. true true, wouldnt be a 10min job to counter sink the screws, but if you see the side are not flush with the bottom deck so i was thinking they with hit the ground first any way but its part of the fun with a custom built car project working out all the little bugs and other peoples ideas will help make it really good
  9. cheers mate ive been hiding under a rock lol
  10. i just put the standard size pinion on for now ,then after a test run i will check it for getting too hot also i as going too run it at our local track so was just going to gear it for tack conditions
  11. and yes its GoMachV's chassis kit , i got it from him on the RC10 forum great fit and finish ,i did a small mod as it came with cable ties to lock the sides down and after talking with the maker there not really needed well i thought they looked crap and used some spare tamiya steering servo post where the cable ties go and the holes line up perfect and locks the chassie right up solid
  12. thanks for the info on top force UJ,s , i did have some yokomo b-max uni shafts that i messed around with but gave up in the end as it just didnt fit right ok so i will get the top force front uni set and rear uni set , this is somthing i really want for project headshot and yer the bottom is a issue but all the new type buggies have nothing but a carbon fiber sheet on bottom to wear out so i thought when it finally looks rubbish i can use the old one as a template and just make a new one
