Only had 30 made. The bodies cost about 12 usd including lexan and labour. But buying the mold making material cost about 600 usd for 5 Kg! its called rencast. The mold was also prepared by the factory(drilled vacuum holes and mounting on a plate , this also cost about 230usd. Total price for the bodies [(30*12) + 600 + 230 ] / 30 = approx 40 usd each. I live in Norway that might be one of the most expensive countries in the world to produce stuff so if you live in us or uk you'll probably get it done for less than I did.[]
Hi
I have tried this, first with some home made 'vacumforming maschine' and a mold made from plaster lol. Had no luck with this so I had to do it the expensive way. Read more about it on my webside:

**** I lost the auction! Meaning I'm still looking for one. And Snake Plissken you are right Willy does not deserve to be calle a doll. He is a definately an action figure!
Sorry if my reply seemed harsh.
He asked: "Has anyone ever even seen one of these or know where I could find another one? Also looking for the Nikko Iron Eagle 4WD twin 540 buggy."
I suppose ebay would be a good place to look for it. I love reading about custom made cars, actually find it more interesting than just a restoration(something that anyone could do(well more or less) if they have the money..)
I'm looking for a Wild Willy [the doll ] A nib tree would be good, or just a doll(mine has lost his arms). I'm also interested in other parts for things ww1. Paypal waiting
Thanks
Very excited about the sandcasting of the parts now, hope to get it done asap (thats what I said last year too..hehe). Well almost finished now, only the gearbox left..
Hi guys
I see you're having some trouble finding my current webpage. You've found my old one tho.. Since the Tomahawk is a car made from metal, I've changed the name of my site to http://www.fullmetalbuggy.tk
