  1. Sorry for all the silly questions. I should of started a build thread so I could ask all my questions in one place. Oh well. Can anyone confirm if the above part, Hard propeller Shaft, is the correct one for the chassis? Thanks in advance.
  2. Thanks Wills. Where would I start trying to locate these guys or their bearings? Apparently they did gold bearings, my precious, but a bit soft.
  3. Thanks Steve, pic very helpful. You have just given me a cunning plan.
  4. Hello, I'm after x2 16 teeth pulleys for the TA03 chassis, preferably new. Cheers, Ajj.
  5. Hi, can someone confirm if this front bumper will fit the chassis? Can't quite see clearly from the pics. Ta.
  6. Hi, does anyone know anything about this company? Been trying to find their products but just get a clothing company. So, are they still trading or do you know where I can get their products from? Cheers, Ajj.
  7. After posting my comment, Robot wars sprang to mind. What would be really cool would be T recognising this, region manufacturers/distributors getting involved, cars compete with each other then the cars auctioned fetching tons of money for children's charities. But, I'm just a dreamer.
  8. Finished.
  9. If people want to participate but not in the correct geographical location, why not have regions? I think regions would be interesting like comparing US engines to European engines - different approaches.
  10. Yeah, my bad. Didn't check properly - in too much of a rush. Mokei, can you put one aside for me please? Cheers, Ajj
  11. The only part number I have is what's stated in the manual, which is MD6. It's dimensions are: 7.4mm length, 4.97mm outer diameter, 3.11mm inner diameter. Made of brass and flanged. The box states: Tamiya Item 58177**23800
  12. Hi Guys, as per title I'm after MD6 which is a brass bushing used in the TA03 belt tensioner. Thanks in advance, Ajj.
  13. @Shodog You do have the disc in correct rotational direction in the first pic.
  14. Have a look at Yokomo or Align.
  15. @WillyChang Now that's ingenuity...or just trying to make the next race. I remember doing all sorts, to make the next race when bashing.
  16. A few more sundries came through the other day, which allowed me to mount the front gear box. When applying the GPM/RCDamper front lower gear box to the TA03F chassis, the screws supplied were not suitable and shims/washers were required to mount successfully or sand down part of the upper gearbox case. Basically the gear box does not sit flat on the chassis plate. Parts required: x2 3x10mm counter sunk screws (Not self tapping) x2 3mm washers or to get it perfect 0.3mm shims on both of the front gear box mounting screws. 3mm washer measured 0.45mm. I have also made a comment about the front gear box hinge pins being too long and wanting to replace them. So I purchased the Ti hinge pins and guess what - they are the same length as the original items. Typical.
  17. Looks like an interesting option. I was concerned about the brass threaded shaft bending/breaking.
  18. @blackfeet What's the part number for the CLK GTR decal sheet? Also could you please post pic of the decals? Cheers, Ajj
  19. Hi iluvmud, Pressure plates: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tamiya-Touring-Car-17mm-Thrust-Washers-50645-/391555082102?hash=item5b2a806776:g:F2kAAOSwFV9X0YqM 53136 is the one-piece ball thrust bearing. 84174 is 5mm spring washers. With regards to Kose part, what is the size of the hole the cups locate into? Also look/contact here: http://www.jethobby.com/
  20. Hi bigstuff, just toying with an idea for my TA03, so no numbers. I wanted to reposition my rear dampers. Cheers, Ajj
  21. Hi, can someone point me in the direction of where I may be able to get 5mm Long Brass Pivot Ball please? Thanks in advance.
