    A couple of years ago I bought a real niffty cementing helper which I lost when I moved to my new house :S

    Now I searched the internet for another tyre cementing helper and the only one I can find is the Tamiya helper which I allready bought years ago and I didnt like to work with.

    Does anyone know a good cementing helper, at an online store?

    After some search on the internet I found my good old niffty device.

    On the page its says it's made by Carson but cant find anything from Carson. Does anyone knows who makes it?

    And because they are used in competitions every weight is dropped (covers etc.)?

    I am happy with the TT01 chassis, it can be seriously tuned-up by Hop-ups etc. easy to clean.

    Belt drive cars suffer the most from this, as stones can get into the belts - whcih are the weakest poitn of the driveline... [V]

    I think really clean surfaces are hard to find besides the clean circuits.

    I stick with my TT01 for now, I am mostly a outdoor driver and the nearest circuit is in Eindhoven.... I think the TRF415 is a briljant looking chassis but a drama for outdoor driving(parkinglot) imho.

    Maybe a little bit off topic, but I am driving the TT01 chassis and offcourse I keep an eye on other chassis but I wonder.

    When I drive my car on the parkinglot, after an hour its rather dirty. Sand,little stones etc.

    The TRF415 is completely open, in the TT01 the engine for instance is covered, no sand can come between the spur gears.

    If I look at the EvoIII on this picture http://www.tamiya.com/english/products/492...3/tb_evo3_5.htm

    One can imagine what happens when a little stone crashes between the parts....

    How do people with those chassis handle this?

  6. Yesterday I ordered from Tower Hobbies.

    Does anyone knows if they use decent packages? I ordered an aluminium shaft and a carbon upper frame, which are rather fragile parts imho.

    I know that they are sometimes rough with packages..... do they use enveloppes or cases?

  7. On the english site of Tamiya I saw there are gonna be stabilizer sets for the TT-01

    Item 53694 ---------------------------------TT-01 Front Stabilizer Set

    Item 53695 ---------------------------------TT-01 Rear Stabilizer Set

    Anyone saw them or got pictures of it?

  8. Kay, first posting here.

    Like: puttin the wheels on, getting those real pimp rims that really look bizar, cleaning the car after a drive on the parking-lot.

    Dislike: waiting for those hop-ups to arrive. Here in Holland its very difficult for instance to get the alu.prop. shaft for the tt-01.

    Yesterday I installed the Toe-In Rear Uprights and experienced that my car can really drive in a straight line [:)]
