So when I was a kid a friend of mine got a Frog for Christmas then the next year a Hotshot. I now have kids that are into traxxas. I would like to get one of these to build with them and brig back some memories. Any suggestions on which one and what all I should get to have fun with my boys?

[Decision]

So when I was a kid a friend of mine for Christmas got a Frog. A few months later he got a Hot Shot. I always wanted these. So now I am going to jump in. But I know these 2 vehicles are very different. I just looking for opinions on which one to buy? Just going to use it around my yard / street. I am sure I will eventually end up with both, but just want to hear if what others think..

So I am going to buy a Hotshot kit to build. I have wanted one since I was a kid. My question is, what ESC and other items do you all recommend to get with it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a strange question. How many into this hobby are adults? I am in my 40's and want to get into RC cars (As I was in the 80's) and am just wondering if mostly they young are into RC cars?
