  1. They've even been quite lazy with the manual. Still contains info about cutting and painting Good to see the alloy motor mount and turnbuckles although just noticed it states plastic bearings.
  2. Interesting as the TD also states 04. Wonder what will come in it
  3. Nice but can't belive they didn't put the new ESC in 🤔
  4. I had issues with the DF03MS set as well. Some parts of the stickers didn't have any colour. Nathaniel did respond quickly and agreed to send replacements for the ones that had some colour missing but I never got them and he went very quiet. They are usable for runners but as others have mentioned, perhaps not ideal for shelfers.
  5. Yeah, I've just checked a few sites and they are all quoting towards the end of May
  6. Thanks for letting me know. I'm not in a hurry but it'll be nice as a little pick me up. Fingers crossed 🤞
  7. What date has it been pushed back to? I haven't heard anything regarding my order with makeitbuildit but the last time I spoke to them, they mentioned the next couple of weeks
  8. Looks like Tamkyo might be a great alternative based on some of the comments in this thread:
  9. This new approach does work out a lot better when they have their offer of £1 final value fees that @Juhunio referred to. In that situation, that is all that you will pay other than if they have to do a currency conversion. The thing I find annoying now is that I can't pay for the postage from the payment taken which means I end up with loads of Royal Mail bank transactions.
  10. Interesting. I've been looking at some of the UK sites and they are suggesting last week of April. Hard to tell with these things who is more accurate
  11. Taffer, will the TD not come with bearings? Not disputing that the TS is better value for money but I'm half expecting the same upgrades to the TS including the alloy motor mount
  12. Assuming this will be across the board in the UK. Shame but I don't mind the wait so long as we get them
  13. I am biased but I do love my thunder dragon! The ground clearance is better than my modern dark impact which means it can take a bashing better and is a bit more flexible about where it can go. I've got a sports tuned motor in mine which is plenty. Nice and easy to maintain. There are only 2 parts worth investing a bit extra in, the A5 brace and some stainless suspension shafts to replace the screw pins. You could also consider a fire dragon body. On a slight side note, if you get one and decide to sell the body, I could be persuaded to take it off your hands
  14. @GTodd I don't think @nowinaminute was being rude. As per their original comment, they were commenting on the price of the Thunder Dragon and that the Terra Scorcher was more car for the same sort of money and a Manta Ray was cheaper. I think you missed the bit about the TD.
  15. I think if I was in the market for a top force evo, I would rather spend a bit more and go for the egress. One of my favourite buggies! I have pre ordered the Thunder Dragon though. Can't wait!! I hope it gets fulfilled and doesn't come battered
  16. I'm hoping I can pick up a TD shell and stickers
  17. Thanks for the heads up!! Very excited about the TD!!!
  18. Sadly I didn't have a great experience either. Shame really as I would have liked to have purchased more at some point.
  19. Received my Georgia Coffee model kits. Thanks @SuperChamp82. Pleasure to deal with. Enjoy the holiday season
  20. I would say so as it should withstand higher temperatures
