Sadly I didn't have a great experience either. Shame really as I would have liked to have purchased more at some point.

Tricky print but looks good 👍
-
I would say so as it should withstand higher temperatures
-
@Hobgoblin might be better placed to do this as I only use PLA and ABS might be better.
-
I might be able to help. I will take a look at the file tomorrow morning and let you know

Made myself a Technigold box to go with my TD box. Not sure scale is exact but does the job

New to me. Thanks for posting 👍

Redid the eyes on for my Thunder Dragon shelfer. Looks a lot less startled/disappointed now

Out of interest, why never again @svenb?

@wtcc5 I agree with @Collin the prints have come out a great quality. Top work! Shell also looks great 👍

WT-01 Essential Upgrades

Good choice. Personally I would say only need the following: • Replace screw pins for stainless shafts (53301) • Quick release battery holder (53346) Enjoy! 👍 -
a lot of bubble wrap. That's part of the reason why I've never been interested in playing. By not playing I get to paint because I want to and select whichever models I want, rather than painting because I have to. Good luck with the selling 👍

Had a go at painting some eyes on my Thunder Dragon driver. Did it on my runner first for practise. Amazing the flaws you see that close Reasonably happy. Certainly better than the shocked expression he had before
-
Hope you kept the paints. Will come in handy 😉 I do enjoy a bit of 40k painting every now and then. Never played but like the models. I recently got into the speed freeks and finished painting it a few weeks back.

Hi All. I'm after some front diff parts for my Dark Impact. Appreciate I can get them on ebay but is it me or do the prices seem a bit steep at the moment?! Anyway if you are able to help me out with a new set, it would be much appreciated. Part number for the pair is 9808059. Thanks in advance Mark

invisible body mounts for crawlers
mman2005 replied to jonboy1's topic in Monster Trucks, 4x4, Wheelie Rigs and Crawlers
The hook and loop command strips can be good and means that they should remove fairly cleanly if needs be -
Great first thread 👍 thanks for posting. Great trucks these. My lad has one and it is so capable. After having a thunder dragon for years as my first and only, I have since bought tons of spares for it and done the same with my lads WT01. Think he is now sorted for the next 40 years 😅

Replaced the screw pins in my thunder dragon shelf queen to the shafts from 53301. Disappointed to find I was a already late and the A5 part had already split. Swapped it out with my last new A5 part so that it shouldn't be a problem now. Also replaced the same screw pins on the TD runner as well as my lads WT01. Found that one of the screw pins was backing out where the rear arms attach to the gearbox housing.
