  1. RCMT is sadly 99.9 % dead, its truly hard to believe! there are some crazy long turn builds on there as well as tones of info. The web page up-date with tons of pop up adds and dead links kind drove the nail in the coffin so to speak Cold talk on the other hand is still fully active and all the links and pictures are up even on most older threads, some interesting builds are going on there right now as we talk on here, so check em out you wont be disappointed. Obviously people who said both sites are dead have either not actually been there for a while or is just trying to steer more people away not sure why. Unfortanlly the smt-10 though popular in the last few year was kinda a flop, it came with way high hopes but once the hype settled in people figured out quickly that it would only be worth buying another one as a slider with no motor/esc or the stock tires/wheels It is also very expensive for a what you get, and not at all near tuff or fast enough for people that where used to running a mod-clod. The txt-1 is a work of art and really fit perfect for its time, but never realy was a comp race truck ever. The txt-2 is a just sad, even if you can live with the body the tires are garbage bin stuffers. And even if it did have good tires and a f-350 body it would still be extremely outdated, Even the stock old school mad force can run circles around a txt with 3x the money into it A txt#3 would need new axles, lower chassis, better longer shocks, and some sort of on axle servo that is behind the axle. Based on just fun and looks i still love the txt-1, but we need a new truck that can be better than the smt-10 with clod size tires and a nice hardbody and it will sell very well
  2. I seen a youtube video on just that, i cant remeber if it was a direct fit but it can be done. I personaly mounted a set of f103 rear tires on a 1.5 wheel from a kyosho scorpion. (12mm version) but that is quite a wide setup.
  3. Ok thank you very much, i just started collecting parts, now i can order the shocks too
  4. Hi what is it the factory srb front shock length eye to eye and what is the longest that will still fit the factory front mounts without binding.
  5. needing a new monster truck, to replace the txt-2 fail
