yo, have you tired fitting the rear casing to the front diff, and see if it still locks up??? also are you putting the diff in the rite way round? cause it will fit the wrong way, but this would lock it up??? snake

never owned a rc tank, but i work with the warrior and would defiatly buy a scale one, http://www.army-technology.com/projects/wa...r/warrior2.html i think its an awsome veichle, and fun to drive, im not in the army, the company i work for has a lot to do with the army and i have had a lot to do with this veichle (is hard to write on here with out giving away what i do and breaking the secrets act) are there any scal modern tanks???

snakes open to any thing (deffinatly if it means buying a new car) but i have three cars at the mo, a wild dagger truck, a dark impact, and a carbon tt-01, looks like theres a few people close nuff to arrange some thing, so what has every one else got? and were about do u run at the moment, my fav place is haumond hill in shrewsbury, lots of dog walkers (inc me) and (push)bike riders, but its brill for a thrash of the wild dagger snake

just got in from running couple of packs in the turck up the woods, and what a diffrence, the 23 turn and the esc transform the truck, the motors give it a fiar turn of speed, but its still reall torquy, its struggle for grip a bit thou, new tyres needed i think, am gone get som 20tooth pinions just to see what its like with them in! the box i put the esc in i cut the top off and glued a heat sink on, the esc's own heat sink is in contact with mine, (thromo paste stuf from me pc box inbetwwen) so im not worried about the esc getting warm! what servo does every one recomend cause thats my next mod after tyres, then ill be on to a new shell :-) snake

the dirt tuned is only a 27turn can any way isnt just has more torque! so should be fine, i just baught a 10t single esc off the bay for not much , i think about 25quid with postage, and this will run 2 motors at 20 turns a peice! there are other options out there

hay all hows it going, so yesterday the post man baught me a pair of 23 turn ansmann clash motors, and today the postie had a 10 turn limt esc i baught cheap from the bay of e, this morning i remove the msc (should point out i had loads of fun with the truck while this was fitted) and fitted new motors , and esc, and made up some motor spliter cables to wire bot to the esc (its 10 turn single, so from what i have read the 23 turn should no be a problem) then it started raining :-( the esc i have isnt water proof so did take the truck out :-( so this afternoon im gona modify a plastic box to but me esc in so i can glue it in perminant and make water proof, should i worry about the steering servo?? i have already submerged the servo several times with no problems!!! the reciver i always bag and tape up ad never had a problem this way, also how water proof are the gearbox's? the question i have is which pinion gear should i run, i see the truck takes both 18tooth (fitted) and 20 tooth gears which would be better? picks will follow, but probalbly tomoro once i have re fitted electrics, cheers snake

can u put washers between the wheel and hub??? to space the wheels out abit??? or what about junfac wheel spacers??? would give you a bit ore width??

im not an expert, but is the msc reister wires on in the correct order? also there are some cheap esc out there so maybe worth browsing ebay, search world wide!!! but yea with the msc check its wired corectly, also does it make the same noise with battery connected directly to the motor? (dont use a full battery, sumit with little charge will do) snake

with the tto1 theres load of upgrades, some worth while some not depends on what u want the car for? a tt-01 with aloy prop and motor mount and ball barings all round is a good car to bash, things like the ball bearing stering set up helps with the cars slopy handaeling, and the carbon upper frame helps to stiffent the chassis twist a bit. its all up to you, what i would advise is to start with bearing, motor mount and alloy prop, run the acar for a while, then do the steering and see what u think, then the upper frame etc...... do each mod on its own, then drive the car a bit, so u know the diffrence it makes, i like the tt-01 its simple and fun to drive, and theres loads of hop ups for it, you bank account is your limit :-p here my current tt-01 project, not finished yet, waiting on a few bits,

hay, welcome to tc it maybe bling bling but if your gona run a tt-01 then i would advise the alloy prop shaft, the plastic one has a lot of flex in it, the alloy one is much smother, snake

whild dagger rims are 2.2 i think, so maybe try some 1.9s???? other then that, what does it look like if u raise the bdy up a little? snake

not sure about that, but that link is going to be removed, your not supposed to put live ebay links in a post, personally i would get some thing like this, ebay search "Acoms Techniplus transmitter + 2 servos + reciever new" has every thing u will radio gear wise, will work with the esc u have, plus u get 2 spare servos which are always usefull hope this helps snake

if u had sent it via recorded delivrery, u can prove they have recived it??? and then inform the police, cause technicly by keeping it they are stealing??? although they them selfs did not win the auction etc, they are keeping smthing thats not rightfully theres, and thats steaing in my books#?

hay, heres the servo mounts i used, i originally baught them for my tt-01 ut at that price gona re order :-) link as for the dfo3 shack tower, used this part from the standard plastic towers, its the top bit the shocks mount to on the rear tower. its a nice tight fit, not picture is not the stock item its just to show u which bit i used (circled in red) hope this helps snake

yo, yea u have to remove the original speed controlers servo, and plug the new one in the the recivers in the servos place! use some sticky back tape or cable tie to hold the esc in place, the esc u have baught is not water proof so be carfull of were u run the car!, or put it in a box/ballon etc.... just be mind full it may get hot and cut out if the motor is to hot, or there is no cooling, hope this helps snake

cheers guy's i have put the tt-01 alloy servo mounts on, and part of a dfo3 shcok tower (it was broke any way lol) and it has took almost all the play out, so im much happier now , snake

hay all, been thrashing me wild dagger around loads last few days, today was having a quick clean up etc, and i noticed how much flez the steering servo has, is there any was to cure this? im gona try alloy mounts from a tt-01 as i have them to hand, but i dont think this will cure it, ny one else noticed the same thing? cheers snake,

i sold a mobile about 3 weeks ago, got an email requesting to post to germany, so i twent to post office got a price, emailed them the total ammount due, ten minutes later i got a paypal email, looked very good saying 130 had been aid in to my account, which was odd as pone and ostage was only 80, so checked paypal and nothing, knew at once what was going on, contacted ebay and with in ten mins there account had been closed, but for a week i was reciving fake paypal and ebay emails, saying my account had been closed etc! some of the emails they have sent me were very real looking, a couple of the ebay ones had me going, luckly i always type the ebay address in the top bar and log in threw that never threw a link!
