I use NiMh but more for ease of use and safety as with 3 kids and away in the caravan I take the chance of fire with LiPo's seriously. I am lazy and cant be bothered with the putting storage charges etc with LiPo's You can get cracking run times with massive 5000mAh BUT its better value to get 2 Nr at about 3500mAh.

I have a set in the post (BUT they are in a NIB Super Hot Shot) so while I see your point its from the three photos I need a winner. They are actually the same over all diameter as the OvalBlocks. Its an optical illusion as I stood the overall wheels beside each other. Its that the 2.2's are lower profile.

Would blue Madcap rear shockers match better (agree it looks great a lot less Toy like)

So first job was to rough trim the body shell DONE, next will be to accurately cut it out (have started but its noisy and kids in bed now so see you another time?

well I picked up this Madcap for a very reasonable Buy it Now with the intention of converting to a Saint Dragon (as I don't want my other MadCap to be lonely....you all know how it goes (the lies we tell ourselves and others to justify getting another car!!) The car itself is in half decent condition and it DOES have the original rear rims but the tires are totally shredded. So to make it a Saint Dragon I need:- Red Shocks (thanks to @Hobgoblin) from a forum members swift reply to a Wanted add on here (I also had an offer from @max69vk) so cheers guys. Then I need the body and decals, some instructions would be good (no idea how many buggies this shell can fit did you?) The body is a TBG (as you can see) the decals are genuine vintage Tamiya and the instructions are printed of from Tamiya base. This shows where to cut for:- Saint Dragon, Madcap, Grasshopper 2 and Hornet chassis. and this one shows were to cut for:- Terra Scorcher, Thunder Shot /Dragon & Fire Dragon.

getting even more out of hand..... at this rate I will run out of display space!!

Depends what it is and on parts availibility. I have a lot of 1 (has to be a bad price), some 2's and 3's.

I know the Madcap has an odd rim size will these defo fit?
