  1. Yes, i have considered it. I might just buy the fav roll cage. But i have the cars body painted white and i think im going to get white rim covers.
  2. Yes ive watched that video. My antenna was trashed. The new reciever should come in tommorow according to amazon. Im also thinking about buying a lighter battery.
  3. Ok, thanks ill give it at try. Also do you think its a good idea to use fine grit sand paper and sand the roll cage before paint.
  4. Ok, should i use enamal paint or the tamiya spay can paint? Could i just use testors white gloss? I dont flip the car usually though i try not to. And for cleAr coat can i use rustolium gloss clear?
  5. I want to paint a wild one roll cage white. Is it a good idea. How should i paint it, what paint?
  6. Im using a futaba s3001. I know it is cheap but it recenters and works well. I have had no problems with it. Also if anyone wonders what the difference between the 3000 and 3001, the 3001 has ball bearings and the 3000 does not. The quicrun1060 has not overheated once since i been using it. The problem has really been with thefsgt3b recieciever
  7. The esc is fine so i will buy a new reciever and switch to the 15t pinion gear.
  8. Yep, it is not extended. im going to test if it is the esc real quick. Ill take some older radio gear that i know works and hook it up to the quicrun 1060.
  9. I have opened up the receiver case the antenna is connected. Do you think i should just buy a new reciever?
  10. Also, i run tamiya fast attack rims and tires on the car. the car gets heavy when i put the battery in i wonder if that is also a major problem.
  11. And i dont run the car offroad righnt now, now but i am a little rough with the car. I dont drive it like it is a jagermeister porsche. So should i switch the pinion to 15t.
  12. Ok thankyou. So do you have any ideas of why the antenna loses signal. Because before the antenna came loose and got trown around and pulled on, i tested the range and it worked good with the wire extended. There was no interferences or any twitching.
  13. I have even thought about getting an original mechanical speed controller. But thats not going to happen because it would be very power consuming and shorter run times.
  14. The antenna wire went to where the driver is. The reciever is mounted under the driver .
