Sounds good, Dyna storm won't be going up the ramp again!

I find mine understeers a lot and the steering is generally vague and not very quick, even when it isn't sliding.

Never had any problems with debris getting caught in any of my belt drives!

I think the real bummer is when you have collected all the parts to build a newbuilt tamiya, then there is a flood of parts that aren't original. I wish they could have added a little stamp to the parts in the mold to distinguish each part as new. There are now going to be loads of hybrids passing off as new built originals from now on and hitting the value of the originals. I have built a new bear hawk and i think i'm safe with this as it wasn't very popular. But I have collected all the parts to build a new monster beetle it has taken me over 2 years to get all the parts in absolute mint condition often selling on new ones again that were slightly scratched. What do i do now? sell all the parts before the mb comes out and buy a new one to build, using original parts to change anything that differs in the re-release? I have built a rerelease lunchbox and built it new and now i don't know what to do with it. It doesn't seem right putting it on the shelf but i don't want to use and spoil it. It feels like a cheat and the only rereleases i will buy now are ones i want to run. There is just something not right about rereleases.

I've not some new bearhawk front wheels that are just very slighty faded, only notice them up close where the stickes were. free to whoever wants them

bought and just tried a 20 pinion and there is hardly any difference ( bit dissapointed). surely someone could point me in the right direction on the pinion front. The motor didn't get very hot with the 20 pinion. james

I have a hopped up TA03F running a dyna run super touring, 0.6 pitch and a 16t pinion. It's acceleration is awsome (along with the wheelspin) but i would like a bit more top speed as this is where it all get interesting I also would like to change to 0.4 module. Now in the manual tamiya recomend a 23t pinion but is this 0.6? how does the turn number change from 0.4 to 0.6 is it related or does any relationship go out the window. Could someone explain this and recomend a 0.4 pinion that would be a good all rounder, I don't race the thing but i enjoy the high performance.

Just tested this plasti-kote paint on a bit of scrap lexan and it works very well! Forms a very tough finish that won't come off scrapping my finger nail on it, and it has sprayed on very evenly with a great finish! Very happy indeed and soon you will se what car it is on and you will understand why i don't want to *** up the bodyshell!

oh yeah got my ps and ts mixed up as always [] what means i only have white, thats no good! Just bought a can of plasti-kote fast dry enamel, will this work? Just doing some test sprays at the moment.

I'm building a new built bear hawk and all is well as parts are very cheap and plentyfull. Apart that is, from the original pin spike tyres! Can't find them anywhere anyone got any suggestions or know where i can find some?? Cheers

What's to stop you buying a new midnight pumpkin and turning it into a lunchbox? Is this possible? what other parts would you need apart from shell, chrome, decals and body mounts? Cheers
