  7. Hello, Got new body for my Blazing blazer, which is not hard damaged.Was working on the body, it has a lot of cracks and small damage all around. A lot of gluing, priming and sanding.   9. Thank you. As i was told it was cut down because it was broken, and later was made these from resign, i just added to my body. I can say a lot of fitting to make it look proper, i think i like the way they look now.

  11. Hello all, was working on the leafs. I did try to use bruiser leafs, but they make truck too high, it does not look right. My old original leafs was broken, god knows how many miles they got. So today got used original leafs. They are not bad shape. IMG_6772 by vito toto, on Flickr
  12. Hello, it is SRB shocks, they work nicely, but not hight end, it is 40 + years old!. I think i will leave this car shelf standing, as it is expensive and hard to find parts for repair!
  13. Hello, thank you for info about bearings!, today was playing with my shocks, used 500 medium oil, added rubber guards,i am not sure if they stay they place, they can rotate easy on the shock.   14. Hello, i changed leafs to Bruiser ones, they are much softer, but front still a bit to hard. Also added shocks from super racing buggy. Got ball bearings for my axles, and they make miracle, wheels are spinning now nicely. Installed front bumper holder from steel, painted black, they are not likely to brake easy! Now i am in search ball bearing which goes to the wheel hubs, they are big ones. Still cant find where to buy. Any help would be great.   15. So today was the day i got paints for the car. Was painting the grill, tamiya acrylic paints nice quality.

Today was working on the wires and servos, a lot of adjusting, made it run with gears , i am pleased with this 3 gear system, i bet it will run good on the grass. Wanted to ask, i am using original speed control, which gives very fast start of the motor and great speed, i am afraid to hit something, there are a way to make more responsive?   19. Hi all, was trying to fix my old broken bumper, painted it grey. I still think to find a metal one to replace original, which is so easy to brake!. Today was trying front lights, used small warm white leds. Got screws for wheels, which was missing.   22. Hello, thank you for the info GTod! I will think about ball bearings later then. Now i am searching for correct color for the car to spray. I found in the manual color names: Black x1, white x2, blue -x3, green - x5, orange - x6, red - x7. I think i can get all colors i need to paint small parts on the car, but i cant find main color for the car - red - x6. Any help would be great! thank you in advance.
  23. hello, thank you for the info blissard, just ordered bruiser leafs. I was thinking to change brass bearings in the axle to ball bearings. Does it works better with ball bearings? do you know any place to get them? thank you.
  24. Decided to keep the truck with manual gear box, i will run it using 2 chanel system, which i have already, might in the future will get 4 channel. Now i am considering to change stock leaf springs, they seems do not work at all, i push the truck it keeps still. What would be best option for the truck? I was reading High lift leaf springs can fit this truck. Any idea?
  25. Hello, thank you for the offer lowspot. Today was working on the axles, got new black hubs for the wheels, and they all are working now, i can say those small pieces hard to put back together.
