Hi,
Can someone sort me out with a scan of the instruction manual please? I'd like to review it before I buy one.
Thanks,
Alan

Are these the parts on the right hand side?
-
Thanks for the word of warning Willy.
Is that the plastic parts you are refering to? Is there not an aluminium hop-up to solve this now, I'm sure Tamiya Learner (Malcolm) was telling me this at our club last Friday.
-
No probs Malcolm! [
]I'm seriously considering getting on, I'll let you know next club meet Malky if I've got one.
Willy - Thanks very much for your e-mails, much appreciated! [

Thanks Willy, the parts pages would be excellent. That was the main priority although I would eventually like a copy of the entire manual, but I could probably get that from a friend at my local club.
Can you e-mail to alan@alanbrownlee.co.uk please?
Thanks
Alan

Anyone got a scanned copy of the EVO IV instruction manual that I could download?
Could you e-mail it to me or post a link?
I have checked tamiyaclub.com manuals page but it's not one of the manuals they have.
Thanks!

6mm isn’t far off actually from what I found. It has been 3 years since I last set it up, but from memory you could hear the engine note change and see the car lurch forward with a new lease of life!
Good Luck! [

you would need a 300mm shell - the TGX is 1/8 scale. Remember that an engine would cost you a few quid too.
If you need more advice - I have 2 TGX's BTW, send me an e-mail mailto:mail@ballsie.com
You should take a look at my showroom too.

http://stores.ebay.com/Walawalastore on ebay often have the genuine Tamiya flourescent ones, don't know about the stock clear ones tho.
-
The xsara has stopped production 1:1 scale anyway [
]The New C4 would make a cracking looking tammiya IMO.

I have mark reinhards setup for carpet, would you like me to forward it to you? It's a PDF (Acrobat) document. [8D]

I'm experiencing longer delays than usual in ordering from the USA. I believe its something to do with the anti-terrorism procedures in place.
These are ebay purchases thought, not from eTamiya, I just thought it might help. [

The Touring Cars are definately no toys, Tamiya are World Champions after all!
The buggys and trucks don't seem to be able to compete with the big boys tho.
-
Yup, we'll just have to wait and see!
-
How about a Top Force?
The chassis and all that is in excellent condition, tyres are worn, body is damaged. Has some Top Force Evolution Hop-Ups such as Hi-Cap Dampers, Ballraced etc.
I live in the UK but I will post to the USA if you cover the costs.
Make me an offer! [
]Cheers
Alan

I've got a 415 too, would like a ball diff for slippy surfaces!
I've heard the same things as you willy, but have you seen the setup sheet? It has an option of front one-way or diff - very strange.
-
This is still for sale, but is now being offered with a Futaba 210 CB Electronic Speed Controller, Acoms Servo, Receiver and Transmitter, all in excellent condition.
Make me an offer !
