  1. Original to the early lunchbox and midnight pumpkin. This protection band slid over the motor can and retained the motor cables. Later versions had the Nylon band(large)50170 to get the job done. All versions, came in the tool bag. If you have one of these bands,or a complete early tool bag,and wish to part with it,let me know. I live in Canada and have paypal. Thanks Merv
  2. Need Imex or any brand aftermarket wheels to suit tamiya lunchbox/midnight pumpkin. Would be interested in fronts only, rears only,or a complete set of 4. Need to be nip.Located in Canada, have paypal.
  3. Just found some nip Imex chrome rims 8640 fronts for my pumpkin. I seek a rear set also to match, probably 8641's? Live in Canada and have paypal.
  4. Just found this link, very informative and cleared up my questions, thanks
  5. I would really like a set of aftermarket rims,to suit my vintage midnight pumpkin. Would like 4 new in package. Imex or Sees come to mind. May consider really nice used sees? Those would be nice. Or other brands I may not be familiar with? If you have something that you would part with plmk. Don't have any pumpkin parts to swap. Live in Canada and have paypal.
  6. forgot about the flashing headlight option, good times
  7. I have always believed the 959 Porsche Paris Dakar car was the first to have working head lights but I don't know for sure, then started wondering?
  8. Hey Kev,my go to guy next door with the mini die set, can't cut threads that small as it turns out,so I'm wondering if you would sell me yours? Merv Peters 8040 Sykes St. Mission B.C. V2V 3W2 Canada Let me know what it would take with postage included, and i can pay right away with paypal. Or if you don't have paypal,we'll figure something else out. Thanks a bunch Merv
  9. Thanks Kev, I think I will get the globe liner rods and cut one done to 47 and thread it,and thanks again for the tip/help. cheers merv
  10. Need 1 BR1 2x47mm threaded shaft and 1 BR3 2x67mm threaded shaft. These came with the original lunchbox and pumpkin kits( and I'm sure many others) and are the steering rods that had threads on both ends. Didn't have the little z hook type that are found in most tamiya kits, there were a little unique. If you have some you would part with and they aren't all bent out of shape lmk. Live in Canada have paypal.
  11. Looking to replace the red plastic shock collars on my crp dampers. These dampers were available from CRP for the frog front/hornet front, and others. I believe these collars were available/same as the srb series tamiya cars also. Mine are red plastic, the ones I would like are aluminum. I have 1,but need 3 more to complete project. I would happily buy 4 if you have them. Live in Canada, have paypal.

  14. Looking to restore my old frog, need the spot light decals in yellow that read KC Daylighter, that came with the original kit. I found some reproduction ones which are quite nice but would like the original kit supplied tamiya ones. Have some vintage Trinity decals to trade if that suits your fancy. Or could do paypal. Would consider a partial original frog sheet with needed items. Have some original frog parts to trade. Live in Canada. Thank you
