It's a scam, on ebay. I bought one a few months ago that was a Kyosho Ultima rere. I think of the dollar amount is low enough, Ebay will pay out before shipping is completed. Because of the whole coronavirus shipping situation it's all delayed, and the seller can claim it's not their fault. Just dont forget after a month of waiting, I think you have limited refund time anyway.
