Cool thanks buddy!

Thanks to both of you guys for all the info!
87lc2: Don't I need the EZRUN MAX10 SCT ESC to run those motors?
Are the Hobbywing motors as good as the CC motors?
-
Do you have a link to a Hobbywing motor like the one you are talking about?
-
87lc2? WHat motor are you talking about thats "big can" Can you send me a link to what would work?
-
Thanks guys! So a 4000kv motor on 3s will run cooler than a 5400kv on 2s? Why is that? bRIBEguy says the rpm's are higher with the 3s battery and 4000kv motors. Is 39,960rpm already pretty high? Are the motors gonna heat up quickly?
Just to let you know... My CLod is far from stock. I have a CPE aluminum chassis, great shocks, among many other things. And my ESC's are 2 of the Hobbywing EZRun MAX10 and motors are Hobbywing 4000kv motors.

I am thinking about going 3s on my clod or changing the motor to a higher kv. What would be easier on the gear box? 3s lipo on 4000kv or 2s lipo on 5400kv? I don't want to change pinions. What do you recommend I do? Thank you for your help! I currently have 4000kv on 2s.

I have a Super Clodbuster with tons of upgrades. This is NOT a USA-1 it is a Super Clod Buster with a USA-1 body and stickers. I will try to name all of the upgrades.
First off the
1: Ripper Pro chassis set at 13.5" wheelbase. seen here: (scroll down a bit) $300 https://www.ebay.com/itm/30403241464...p2047675.l2557
2: 2 Hobbywing Max 10 brushless ESC's (1 for front motor 1 for rear motor) Just 1 battery powering both ESC's. $110. POSITIVE WIRES FROM EACH ESC ARE SOLDERED TOGETHER. AND NEGATIVE ARE SOLDERED TOGETHER. THEY HAVE A DEANS PLUG SOLDERED TO THE ENDS WHERE THE BATTERY GOES TOO.
3: 2 Hobbywing 3300kv brushless motors $110
4: Lectron 7600 mah LiPo battery (run time is at least 30 minutes) $60
5: Tribute rims with widest offsets on the Clod now. Makes the tires nice and wide so no rolling over. $50
6: Firestorm tires $65
6: Rear steering lockout kit: $25
7: Steering linkage $25
8: USA 1 stickers on an aftermarket body. $35. I love the way the USA 1 body looks but this is definitely a Super Clod Buster.
9: Savox steering servo $70
10: Yeah Racing 90mm shocks $100
This Clodbuster is fast with a 2s battery. (18mph) but with a 3s it gets crazy fast at 25mph. The 3300kv motors and ESC's do fine with a 3s. Its only 40 days old and have only run it 5 or 6 times.
I spent over $1,000 on this Clod. And am asking $650 shipped for it. -

Thank you large!

Do I have to drill a hole for the lower links?
-
I couldn't figure out how this chassis attached to the gearbox/axle and my hobbyshop guy can't figure it out either... How do I hook the legs that have the sway bars on them to the gearbox/axle? A picture would be great!
-
I just love my Clods so much I dont want to change to a different truck. Anyone know how the instructions are for a Ripper pro chassis?

Anyone know how the instructions are for a Ripper pro chassis?

What monster truck would be considered a shaft driven truck?
-
So honestly... will the Ripper and Rage chassis' break fairly easily?
-
So I am looking into buying a Ripper pro or Rage chassis. I already have 2 Clods that have Time Warp chassis'. Between the Ripper and Rage which one is more durable and which one is best performance wise for jumping? Would I need any aftermarket braces to make these chassis' stronger? Thanks for your help guys and gals!

Cool thanks for the info buddy!

Should I build my Super Clod Buster with the stock screws or do I need the KNK bag?:
