I watched a video that Glenn fromTamiya legends posted when he sprayed his lunchbox and use TS 47 chrome yellow so I just thought I would give that a go however I don’t think mine is a true representation of the colour I think it could’ve done with another coat

Thank you Superluminal Lee 76 you mentioned about clear coating the body shell would this be done prior to mounting the decals or do you apply the clearcoat on top of the decals and if so do Tamiya produce a clearcoat

Thank you All for your advice I tried the scalpel method and it does look a little better but I guess it’s all part of the learning curve.

Hi can someone offer their advice on the best way to remove paint bleed on a Lunch Box body shell. Using Tamiya masking tape around the front windscreen I brushed on X-18 Semi Gloss Black however upon removing the mask the Back had run onto the Yellow. Your help will be much appreciated.
