2d scanner :-D and a cliper....... a lot of measuring, prototyping, failing end restarting again ......finally fit right..... have done lightbar too

Printed in 8 parts , i'm doing it in standard PLA it is stiff enought for the job, when fixed to lexan with screws it is hard to brake...... 30 hrs of printing at 0.2 res (speed mode) ...
