I did not know that. I guess there will be a whole load of MB-01 variants later this year. -

I was on the phone to a model shop when they mentioned it. It wouldn't take much to reproduce the plastic trees as there was only A, B and C trees to begin with. B tree 50736 has continuously been available since the M03 kit production stopped. That only leaves the A and C. -

I heard earlier today that from May 2024 that Tamiya M-03 plastic parts are to be reproduced due to popularity. Any truth to it? Thank you in advance.

I worked out a way around this issue. I used Hotshot C parts 1 & 3 tree 19005164. The mounting hole on the original 1980s Hotshot cage appeared to have had two holes or it was further along. Attached are some photos of how I mounted the heat sink. Hopefully this will help others if they wish to do the same. Kind Regards

Thank you very much. 🙂 I can see straight away the old fixing point had a choice of two screw holes. Where as the new part only has one. Solution: I used another part off one of the trees included in the kit to move along a bit. It looks cool with these heat sinks. You cannot tell I have done this by looking at the model. It looks OEM. I will upload a photo later how I did this . Together with the extra part number I used. If others wish to do the same. Kind Regards

I too am fitting Tamiya HP Suspension to my Tamiya Hotshot. I was hoping to see the original fitting instruction manual? I am having an issue where the round heat sinks are getting in the way of the carbon Y piece. Do they need to be moved? Or could some upload a photo of their build on how they got around this issue. It must be a simple fix or something I am doing. Thank you in advance. Kind Regards p.s. sorry didn't mean to thread hijack. -

Any chance you could add the instruction manual pages on how to fit the rear dampers? Thank you in advance. -
