Hi all,
First foray into RC cars in 28+ years since I was a young boy.
I bought my son a Tamiya Titan (due to lack availability of other models). It's based on a DT02 chassis which seems a pretty popular choice.
Anyway, the majority of the build has gone well, the servo has caused me some headaches trying to achieve dead centre. The steering linkages are two different lengths and the shorter arm is about 5/6mm too short to allow me to get the right hand wheel centred. It is currently massively toe out. And as the adjuster is at the end of the threaded screw, it often comes off with any small bump.
There must be a solution that I'm not seeing? I've ordered another 85mm threaded screw that I'll try but it's going to take 3/4 weeks to arrive. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light?
It's a Power HD 13kg servo.
