  3. Pair of used mini Hi-Cap dampers http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=150022083566
  4. The item number you're looking for is 53054, comes with 3 pairs of springs, which are different in length. It's mostly in Japanese, but its says that medium should be used for the rear damper for a TF. I'm using the stiff ones in the rear of mine though.
  5. Here are a couple of pics. Sorry about the pic quality, they were taken with my phone. I take back the comment that mine is futher than yours. I'm waiting for some evo wheels and screw sets, which I should be getting soon. I haven't got all original parts, I put in a couple of hop-ups that were available back then, such as the RW racing carbon fibre shaft. I would've had a new decal set had someone not outbid me []
  6. Nice, reminds me of my Top Force which I'm trying to converting into an evo. Mine is a bit further, but i've been trying to get it there for ages now. I've got a spare upper deck for an evo along with a couple of shock towers if you want them
  7. heres a scan of my instructions
  8. I've got a no limit esc so the number of turn aren't really a problem. Btw, I forgot to add that I'm hoping to put these motors in my offroad buggies. One is an rw racing manta ray and the other is a top force with a couple of hopups. Will the drivetrain stand up to so much power? Both of them have metal motor mounts and both have stronger prop shafts aswell. I will probably go for the reedy kr in one and the tamiya super modified in the other
  9. hi, i'm thinking of buying a new motor and i'm wondering how good the 53485 TAMIYA SUPER MODIFIED MOTOR 11T is compared to the other modified motors such as the reedy kr, team orion revolution v2, team orion d5/d6 etc? thanks idnan
  10. Hi, I received a pair of hi-cap mini's with a car bought off ebay. unfortunately I have no use for them as I'm running a top force and they are too short. The dampers are in good condition but have a couple of small scratches when they were mounted. I'm open to offers on these. Preferably I would like to swap them for some top force evo parts or a pair of hi-cap short dampers thanks idnan
  11. good news i purchased http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1. quite a decent price considering it has loads of parts i can make use of, including the spare pair of hi-caps he is including with it. looks lke i need two motors now []
  12. I was thinking of getting a Tamiya motor but what other ones would you recommend, considering i have a 11turn limit on my esc thanks idnan
  13. hi, A year ago i bought a tamiya top force which a guy tried to convert to an evo. Now i've finally got round to do some work on it. Basically, I'm about halfway there. Bodyset is from the evo, front universal joints are in, rubber sealed bearing set is almost complete, i've got the evo topdeck, and i've got the front hi cap damper set. so, that leaves me with: the bottom deck and rear damper mount which i'm getting from fibre-lyte rear hi caps which i've seen at a couple of places, univeral's for the rear hopefully from rainbow 10 i've found someone with a front damper stay and will hopefully get it. That leaves me with the orange wheels, lightweight diffs, titanium screws and a torque splitter. Now, am I right in thinking i can dye my normal top force rims orange? I've given up hope on the lightweight diff so I'm gonna leave the normal ones in. Tamiya titanium screws can be bought off ebay (i think). I'm not sure about the torque splitter, has my top force already got one? Now, I need a new motor. the dynatech 02h is way too expensive, I may get one later. How good are the Tamiya Super Stock Motor TZ and the Tamiya Super Stock Motor RZ? Which one would be better for a 4wd buggy? Also, I've contacted kamtec and hopefully I can get them to make a repro of the top force evo body. i want an evo body in gunmetal, not blue like i have now. Anyone know where i can get an evo decal set (even repro ones)? Thanks for reading Idnan
