It will be charged when you wake up. Those chargers are called "over night charger".

Wait till you see how long their surface mail takes! -
No, actually I use YR one that came with a bearing set. But OP always use Tamiya only so I specifically seek out a picture of Tamiya one.

I think you can. Set it to 1500 and that should be the centre.
-
As in reprogram a servo? No, you will need a programmable servo for that I believe.
-
It works well enough for me. YMMY I suppose. For around £20, it is a handy thing to have given it is also a RX and servo tester.
-
It claims USB C out at up to 20W so I will say no. At least it will not charge my Lenovo works laptop which is quite fussy and needs at least 35W to charge.
-
Cannot comment on your charging issues but what I find with discharging slow too, due to the small discharge current most chargers provide. Proper dischargers are the same size as chargers and can drain at a much higher current I assume. What I do is get a discharger with USB output and discharge the RC lipo into my phone lipo (or whatever uses USB) instead. https://a.aliexpress.com/_EzjGhOJ

I use a Team Orion 2700kv one in my HS2, feels just right for a Tamiya, especially an older one. They are not "small", more like 550 size. You need to check to make sure they will fit in your chassis.

That is a MSC not ESC you have there.
-
That is to power the radio and the servos for steering and MSC. It goes into the BATT input on the receiver which sends power to the servos.
-
I was just explaining to gkatz that made the AliExpress suggestion that you do not do AliExpress but only what is available at your LHS. That's all.

Yes for closed gearboxes, no for open ones.
