Another chap returning to the hobby after many years, so sorry for what is likely to be a numpty scenario!
I have a Futaba T3PV and R203GF reciever, Tamiya TBLE-02S ESC, fully charged 3300 Mi-MH battery. I have to say for a 'newbie', the instructions for all (aside the battery) are complicated to say the least.
When I plumb everything in, I can not get the reciever to bind with the transmitter, no LED on the reciever (after holding down the link button) and nothing showing on the transmitter aside from the home screen. The ESC LED is flashing green and if connected to the motor it beeps. The ESC cable is in channel 2, steering servo channel 1 on the reciever.
So where am I going wrong? I guess that without the reciever binding to the transmitter I cant set up the ESC and vice versa?
So much easier with MSC.....
