I'm and engineer and use Solidworks for my CAD work. I've also got a decent 3D scanner and large resin printer 300x165x300. I use Liqcreate resins because they are extremely tough and perfect for RC car parts although it's expensive stuff. If anyone would like me to reverse engineer components, design or make modifications then let me know.

I just wondered if anyone in the UK is interested in my vintage Tamiya EXSPEC TTU-01 transmitter with a Tamiya CPR-01 combined receiver/ESC with the original Tamiya Silver Can Motor. It is in fantastic condition, fully tested and works great!
It is on eBay UK at the moment, Item Number 275269620011 but I will end the auction early if I receive a decent offer.

Hi chaps,
I'm looking for some Madcap wheels axles part number 2595071. These are the only missing parts I need for my modified build
Regards,

I've just collected a King Blackfoot project. It's not in bad condition if you can see past the dirt. However there are a few broken/missing parts that I need to find. Does anyone in the UK have any of the following parts of the King Blackfoot family of cars?
~ B Parts 9005350 - B9 Pinion inspection cover and B10 Servo cover
~ E Parts 0005641 - E3, E4 & E5 Front servo saver
~ F Parts 0005419 - F2 & F3 front uprights
~ J Parts - Any of them
~ 9465422 - MA4 Tapping screw 20x3
That's all I have found up to now. Please let me know if you have any of the parts?
Cheers, Dave

Thank you for all you replies. I am really looking forward to spending time with my son and Alexander. I ended up buying the Neo Fighter off Amazon and sourcing the rest of the items separately. Hopefully everything will arrive early next week so I can surprise Alexander with it soon
He loves his car collection and Lego so an RC car he can build will be perfect!

Hi Tom, thanks for the offer but I have decided to sell the Thunder Shot for parts
Cheers,

Hi Guys,
I would like to buy my 12 year old nephew a Tamiya kit with radio gear etc. His brother passed away last week due to a long term illness and he needs cheering up. He has always wanted an RC car but because of family priorities they can't afford one.
What good (UK) deals are out there at the moment? I was thinking a Neo Scorcher would be a good as he could play with my son and his Thunder Shot? Any thoughts or advice is very welcome as I have only recently just got back into Tamiya RC cars.
Regards, Dave

I bought a Thunder Shot project but it is missing quite a few parts. Does anyone have any of the following?
Chassis, A-Parts, S-Parts, Propeller Joint 2595042, Counter Shaft 2595043, Propeller Shaft 5395016, Tie Rod 5325006, Speed Control Rod 5315008, Ball Connector 3 off 3455137, Ball Connector 1 off 3455147, Adjuster 2 off 0445005, Resistor Plate 4305107
Also, if anyone has a body shell of any of the family of cars or a suitable period BEC receiver I really appreciate it.
Regards,
Dave -
I'm guessing postage is going to make it very expensive :/

I'm trying to find a chassis for a Madcap or Saint Dragon. I don't mind some scuffs on the underside but it must not be cracked or broken at the rear, I read that is quite common on these chassis'
Let me know if you have anything for sale

Robinhood Raceway is only 20 minutes from my house! I never knew it existed

I'm just south of Sheffield

I'd consider any car really and budget.........ideally no more than £100
I hope that is enough to get something?

Hi All,
I've just joined here because my young son is showing an interest in RC cars. He only has cheap RC toys at the moment but I'd like to get him into 1:10 scale self build Tamiya cars. He loves to be in the garage with me taking his toys to bits when I'm working on my motorbikes so I think it would be a good time to get him an RC car to tinker with.
Does anyone have an RC car that is in need restoration or a rebuild for sale?
Cheers, Dave
