Cool! As expected, the internals are themed identically to the original, save for a few different parts in the blisters.

Do we know if the 75192 Falcon will be limited in numbers to the point that you have to get one on release date? Or will this be available for a good while at retailers like Amazon? If Tesco do a Lego offer this Xmas similar to last year's, whereby they knocked down the prices by 1/3 then I could be tempted to get one of these. No way would I pay £650 for it though. £450 and we may be talking.

Probably around December I would think, so long as there is no delay like there was with the Turbo Scorpion.

A bit of a harsh assumption there, lol. It's actually a pretty stunning alternative take on the Optima chassis.

It will be the original artrwork & blister layout, with a few minor tweaks here & there.

Possibly the most predictable re-release yet, so much so that it's been on my Xmas wishlist for the last 5 months. Great news though. And Optima Mid next year, perhaps?

I agree with the less than enthusiastic comments expressed above. My first thought at the sight of this was "meh". It's a totally underwhelming release. Considering they have brought back this chassis there were a number of far more exciting kits from that early 1990's era that they could have re-released. For this one they should have fitted it with a 1/10 hard plastic body to make it special. The lexan shell painted in black looks unimpressive IMO.

Isn't this 47358 set just the same as the 84300 & 84301 Avante Hi-Caps? Original Top Force Evo & Egress Hi-Caps were identical, right?

Mine arrived from Fusion today too. I'm amazed at how small the box is! To say they crammed all of the parts in is something of an understatement. Lovely box artwork, although I have no idea how authentic it is to the original as I have never seen one. No issues with packaging or damage either, it's immaculate.

I had no idea that Raleigh actually won a World Championship with the Burner. I always assumed that within the BMX scene back then Raleigh had a similar standing in the field as Tamiya did in RC, ie lots of fun but not really competitive.

Yes....but I think she has sold out her allocation of kits. Apparently a second batch is coming in August though so you may be able to get one of those.

I got the email from Fusion today to say that my CAT order is finally in progress, so hopefully the kit might arrive this weekend. Looking forward to finally seeing one of these in the flesh. Edit : Actually, I then got a second email from Joanne at Fusion stating that kit is due mid July so maybe another week or so to wait for delivery. Still though, not long to go now.

In a word, no. If it's all about competitive ability for you then spend another £50 and get the Masami CAT next month.

Not sure if this has been highlighted yet but I can't view all of my favourites that I have saved in my showroom. I have saved 268 of other people's models in my favourites but can only see about 70 of them. Any idea why?

Mine arrived from Fusion today. Finally rectified the mistake I made in selling my 2006 re-release.

They didn't announce the Egress re-release until 18 months after the Hi-Caps went on sale so I wouldn't just assume that the Evo will be coming along soon. Could be the end of next year before we see the Evo kit announced.

The actual dampers are just the Egress Hi-Caps aren't they? Does the Evo have different shock towers to the standard kit? If so, you would expect this damper set to have the Evo towers included too. They did release the Egress Hi-Caps before the actual kit so, yeah, this is a good indicator for a possible TFE re-release.
