  1. I just started building a Durga to race and got some of the much needed hop up parts from Tamiya guru Mike Lucero! I am currently racing a BBX for my 2wd car and actually winning in the sportsman class with it! It’s a hoot to beat modern buggies with a Tamiya!!!
  2. I have decided to let go of my 2022 Astute! Comes with upgraded Tamiya shocks, slipper clutch, alloy servo mounts, custom top plate for shorty lipo's, diff nut and extra set of wheels! Needs the top plate as seen in pic with red circle around it. First come first serve! $250 with free shipping within the US!
  3. Has anyone figured out how to get more down and up travel on the front of the TD2? Does the installation of the big bore shocks and the pivot ball kit fix this?
  4. Let me know how it works out for you!
  5. Selling my TD4 with upgrades or will consider a trade for a DB01 Durga of the same value! First come first serve $380 with free shipping within the US! Can also include full electronics pictured for an additional $150! Only raced twice and never bashed, has been updated with a slipper, sway bars, alloy servo mounts and aluminum front shock rockers!
  6. I installed the aeration shocks which are longer and that didn’t help 🙁
  7. I have found that the major flaw with this car for racing on a dirt offroad track with big jumps is that lack of front droop, when I made the links longer to get more droop that intern made the shocks bottom out before the chassis which also made the shocks bind and not as smooth. The TD4 front end is definitely more well designed and with the proper amount of droop the shocks still worked great and still had the correct throw. My plan was to adapt a TD4 front end to the TD2 but have found that doesnt seem to work either so my TD2 and my TD4 will be up for sale shortly so if anyone wants a package deal hit me up! No electronics and I will be keeping my aluminum shocks.
  8. Thanks! I am leaning towards the Durga as well, I like the belt drive and the overall look being similar to the Losi XXX4. Do you think you might want to sell yours?
  9. Now that I have done the TD2 and TD4 which will be up for sale soon! I want to try racing a Dark Impact DF03 or a Durga DB01 anyone out there with race experience with these 2 different chassis configurations? Pros and cons?
  10. The fan is mounted with 2 sided tape. I used the kit supplied narrow side pods and just dremeled them down until the mounting holes lined up with the lipo installed, I will try and get some pics later today.
