  1. I have no clue what brand/modell this car is.. anybody?
  2. How about we all send him a mail... telling him to get his lazy *** to the post-office and send you your car?? Show him not to mess with the "Tamiya-world"... [?]
  3. Thanks a lot Lee, have to bring out my glue and the paintbrush...
  4. quote:Originally posted by RA1028It is from a small Japanese company call OTAKA. They also produced a Porsche 935-78 and Lamborghini LP400. They are I think from the same era of Tamiya 934, 935 so the chassic design must be copied from Tamiya. Go to Yahoo Japan and you will occasionally find a few. id="quote">id="quote">Thanks! Do you know if its exactly the same design? Do the Tamiya-parts fit?
  5. The only "wrong" I see, is the two braces on the top of the gearbox, and that the main gear is behind the pinion, vs. on the front on the 934... anyone have a clue?
  6. Am I very wrong when I think it looks a little the 58001 ??
  7. There's no number to be found... But one thing is for shure.. it's good quality!
  8. Anyone know what model this is??
  9. Have anyone seen this before? Age? Collectible??

  12. Dynatech 01R Motor Brush Set NIB for sale! 200NOK + postage... mail: REMOVETHISsveeped@online.no pics: http://forum.radiostyrt.no/viewtopic.php?t=6604
  13. Yes the M01 is a mono-shock, and I must agree on the subject of increasing the ride-hight, can be tricy with the early m-chassis.. I talked to him about a repro of the Lunchbox-body, it took under a singel day before he replyed me..
  14. I've read trough the posts.. Did anyone say that M01-chassis is possible to build as a FWD and RWD.. Because it is.. Just switch them front-gear-box and the rear-box around.. Thinking og the Escort or the Golf myself.. If you change the M01 to RWD you wouldn't wear out the dogbones that fast, because there's no bending in the drive-line when converted to RWD..

  16. To 67CamaroSS: Thanks alot! Now I have to get myself a body and wheels from tower.. and look for the original bodymounts.. since I've changed them for the stock-TA02-kind, to match the Escort that rests on the car now.

  19. Only one ***-up on my back so far in a race.. Nothing serious though.. But I can say: Never change your setup right before a race! I changed my tires for the new ones just recieved in the mail.. BIG mistake! Made it to the final, barely.. Changed back to the old one's.. And had the final only warped by a stone in the flywheel.. So now I don't touch ANYTHING before a race..
  20. Does anyone have the wing for the Taisan-porsche to sell me? I was painfuly awere that it comes without the wing from Tower..
  21. It's still in stock at Stellamodels..
  22. quote: Originally posted by ideal2k I think the Taisan GT2 is a special shorty type chassis, but I really don't know for sure. But what I do think that you can fit, is the 911 GT3 Cup body. Although it does not have the impressive fishtale wing, it is still pretty nice? Btw, did you send my package? [] id="quote">id="quote"> Like I said in the mail I sendt yeasterday, I'll try my best today, it's all bagged and tagged.. []
  23. quote: Originally posted by 67CamaroSS Dont worry about the rear width. Just use the Tamiya 2 piece gold mesh wide wheels and you'll be fine as they have the correct offset. You can still buy them from tower for about 10 bucks. Also since the trucks use the TA01 front wheel hubs you'll have the correct front width if you use the 2 piece gold mesh for the front. I have a built S10 and Taisan porsche so I can check the wheelbase if you like but I think Shodog is right. id="quote">id="quote"> If you could check, it would be GREAT! Is this the wheel?? http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXGK24&P=7 Doesn't say anything about offset??
  24. Is there anyone that have a mint-condition Lunchbox-body that they can "lend/rent out" to kamtec.co.uk, sp they can make a mold for their Replica-line.
