  1. Yeah buddy I washed it thoroughly and dried it also.
  2. Its just as bad on the inside, I cant understand how its happened. I sprayed it in the sunshine and I warmed the can up for 20 minutes in some warm water. I will try and spray the area I have sanded today tomorrow and if it still looks bad I will have to start again.
  3. Completely f****d up the paint job on the Alfa gtam. Any advice on how to fix this? 🤯
  4. The dust can be pretty toxic, do any drilling/grinding in a well ventilated area and always wear a respirator.
  5. Installed some carbon fibre shock mounts on my M06. The standard ones are awful and break far too easily.
  6. Fitted the aluminium C hubs and monster beetle gold wheels. It's looking better..
  7. No need to apologise, sir, its all good. I have a buddy who works with plastics, I shall see if he can make me a bodyshell.
  8. I did own an MG Metro turbo, that was a little rocket. I only had it 6 weeks before writing it off..
  9. You're referring to the austin mini, which then became the Rover mini. This is an austin metro sir, a totally different car.
  10. Did Tamiya ever produce an Austin Metro(mini metro) bodyshell? I am looking for one to start my next project. I've seen Metro 6R4 shells on the L&L models website but its a totally different shape and I want to make it look as close to the original Corgi model my uncle owned in the 80's. Can anyone help?
  11. My uncle owned one of these in the early 80s. They're as rare as rocky horse poo. It was the first RC car I ever got to use. I dont know what happened to the car as he moved out of my grandads in 1988, and took the car with him. I never saw it again after that, or came across another one of these models. He died in 2017 from motor neurone disease. I would love to get my hands on one, or maybe use this as inspiration for a project.
  12. What are the part numbers? I want to do this upgrade to my TT02.
  13. Happy days. Thank you very much @JimBear
