I'm using a Tamiya Super Stock Motor 23T Type BZ #53930 in my top force evo with RW .6 Pinion 20 teeth. I am just about buy a second bz stock motor and wondered what spur gear i should upgrade to i have the high speed kit as well but cant decide what size spur gear to try next. I'm not really sure how to work out hte best sizing.

Bearing in mind i have rebuilt the diffs approx 6 or 7 times from new to get this far haha... its only ran about 3 mins on the drive so far and had it 6 months The rear seems to spin freely here, apart from the horrific noise, should the front have less tension on that diff? As soon as you cut the throttle it will lock tested in on drive run. Have since glued the tyres as seemed to be sitting on the rims. 20240930_160833.mp4 Appreciate the help :)

Hi guys, came back to it rebuilt the diffs from scratch. I tried putting a 19t on the bz motor read somewhere it runs better. however, im still having massive issues, on of the gears is too big to fit in the gearbox, when it runs when suspsended in air, the wheels turn but as soon as it is on the ground i only have reverse. i must be doing something majorly wrong as ive rebuild this thing about 4 times now over months. ive uploaded some links which i hope may assist. Items Shared on 7-9-2024 I have redone the links above as one thanks

Finally built with a bz super motor. Managed to throw away the undercowl in error during the build so need to add one of those. I'm not sure if i havent set enough tension on the differentials? On test drive, it gains pace but seems as though slipping a lot. How would i know if the tension is right if i rebuild the differentials? To trial and error will have to keep taking the whole thing apart. Hope someone can help thanks

I've been following this guide to double check https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3_uhSpxgtmE I build the first one fine the second pictured below ive struggled to tighten it up. Not sure what i may be doing wrong there at all. I have stripped the first one i build successfully down as well but cannot see any difference at all. Ive also now managed to loose one of hte small washers from the working diff ive disassembled
