That was Dad. He did a lot with wood. I know I can change it out, but he made it. So it stays. Wrecked my 1st car, could not find core support for it. He made one out of pressure treated lumber. Placed bumper cover over it. Pretty much a battering ram. Next wreck, my car hardly had any damage. Other car had “problems”.

My dad passed and I got this back while cleaning out stuff. I have had one heck of a time finding the servo assembly parts. I have seen some have replaced the speed control and centered the steering servo. question 1. What is a good servo/saver combination that would be plug and play that I could actually find parts for while keeping everything else original? Question 2. What should I upgrade for serviceability reasons? thanks everyone! Happy I found this place.
