Have you used the correct piston rods in the correct bodies front and rear?  It's hard to tell in the video, but it looks like you might have put the front piston rods (short) in the rear bodies (long).

I think you're absolutely spot on! I wondered why the rear rods had so much play...and indeed, had fallen out on several occasions.

Amazing how you miss the completely obvious, although much of the build has been done late at night, after work, dinner, chores, gym!

Thanks again mate - geniually appreciate the quick reply. Will let you know how it goes.

  2. Hello Friends!

Seeking guidance on what I've done wrong to end up with the issue in the video attached.

Essentially, driveshafts are causing the whole front end to shudder! I've just disassembled the front end:

    - without the main driveshaft connected, the rear wheels spin free and easy

    - with it connected, they shudder and shunt in the same way as the clip below

    - when I spin just the front gearbox, its fine...so long as the the arms (wishbones) are level. The moment they are on an angle (ie, when the suspension is engaged!) the shudder and shunting begins!

I don't recall these builds being this hard when I was 30 years younger!
