Hello, happy to be here. And thank you for your response. I can solder a bit but by no means a pro. I have run small led kits for crawlers before. But not nearly as complicated I’d assume the truck will be. Is it safe to say that for my first truck I should go with the mfc-01? I’m okay with that even if it’s only for the experience of putting everything together.

Okay I appreciate your help if I were to get the mfc-01 is that the best one to the grand hauler or more of a starter option? I’d like to only have to install it one time per truck I just don’t know where to start looking at different options. Also I have to have the support leg to pull the trailer? I’ll most likely have to rebuild the trailer based on that kit and the lights I didn’t know I wanted. I’m not super tight on a budget for the truck yet so any recommendations would be appreciated. I see that it would be easier to put everything together in one go.

Thank you for responding I have a grand hauler I purchased from the RC store nearby and a Tamiya flatbed trailer also purchased from RC store as kits. For now I was just hoping to drive the truck around pulling the trailer. And slowly accumulate more modifications I can add on later. I was under the impression that I had to have the mfc to even run(feels incorrect) I’ll add some pictures a little later hopefully.

Firstly hello everyone and thank you in advance for any help. So my question is what exactly do I need to just allow me to drive the rig. I have a truck and trailer I built already but I know nothing about the controllers or what’s required to have it just move around. Thank you again.
