  1. ok so me and a friend was in our lhs last saturday and we was talking about unusual shells he might have in stock and off he went and came back with "2" 200mm suzuki escudo pikes peak body shells.

and i tell u my eyes lit up as i had always wanted one of them when they was available my mate decided to have one. and i ponderd for a while (not very long) and said i would have the other.

they are marked up at £18.99 and he said we could have them for only£10.00 and absolute bargain. anyway i plan on mounting this on my tt-01 and i need to find out the type of wheels that go with the shell and if they are still availabe also.

    any help would be great

  2. you know i was looking at that very link last night and i did'nt notice one on there.

then i just saw one from the end of the film but it when it is being towed as clint pushed it into a lake after he beat up the of duty cop so it covered in mud and what have ya.

  3. i have serched the net for a hour last night trying to find a pic of the off duty police officers pick up truck in the clint eastwood film every which way but loose.

if any one knows of a link to one or has a pic just lying around it would be most apperciated.

i will keep them in mind as i have asked my lhs saturday to price up a case (6) of french blue from tamiya for me so i will wait for the reply from them first.

  6. ok so i had a look at it yesterday and i did not come away with it as it is a typical tamiya re-release

when i opened the box their it was just thrown in with no thought to packageing what so ever

there aint even a box for the screws and engine and so on to go in. and at £170 for the car alone. i would not pay that for it.

but i still want a f-1 car so the hunt is on for a current release. my lhs does have a old ferrari f-1 in stock but i def aint a fan of them so that can stay there

any one know what is currently out there by tamiya.

  9. my main lhs dont stock tamiya but do stock custom colour witch i have always used apart from the paint for my lunchbox and manta ray and topforce and bmw m3

but i do have 2 other hobby shops within 5 mins of each other that does stock tamiya paint but at the mo they dont have a

huge selection like they did before tamiya recalled the paint.

i will have to try them on friday to see what they have

  10. SORRY TOPIC IS SURPOSSED TO SAY TAMIYA PAINT CODES

ok so i have just brought a rough rider and when it comes in and sand scorcher and a wild willy 2.

can someone please tell me the box art paint codes for the rough rider (the orange /red and the blue)
