  1. And the wheels are blue, I hadn't seen this guide book for years (perhaps 20!) now it is coming back to me! I still would stick to the box, personally, blue, but it is a matter of choice. As I said, check out Radek's one, here is the link http://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.a...181&id=1892 I have seen this car in the flesh, it is stunning, with some nice mods. Have a look, Radek has some of the mods for sale, like the alloy motor covers and wheels. I was not aware there was ever a Lexan body for this available. Anyone? Regards, Paul.
  2. Hello, don;t mean to sound petty from the off, but a Super Champ is not an SRB. SRB stands for Special Racing Buggy, which was written on the sides of the boxes of the Rough Rider and Sand Scorcher (curously not on the Ford Ranger though, although it shared an identical chassis - probably because it wasn't a buggy) and on the radio box. The radio box is conspicuous by its absence in the Super Champ, another reason not to call this an SRB. Really they are the stepping stone between the Rough Rider and the Frog, but people will no doubt argue with me on that! The colour should be blue, as per box art. There are loads of nice colours in the new build section, just click on member rides. Rad22rad Alloys has a particularly nice one, which he actually runs! Motors are tricky, because similar to the Scorcher and other models with the metal gear box, only certain motors fit, there are reports of various options, do a search here in the forum, but I have never tried, as mine are stock. I hear the Sport Tuned fits. Generally I wouldn't go too hot though, although stable, this model is not a TRF! (Tamiya Racing Factory). The speed controller is completely different, but I am sure you can improvise. If you want to have a proper speed control, check out eBay, especially Jason's store, but sit down whilst checking prices. Oh and the body isn't Lexan, it is solid plastic (styrene) which is moulded in blue for the faint hearted painters amongst us. Don't be tempted to leave it blue, paint it blue, as it will look better. The decals can be bought here at tamiyaclub , they are very good repros. Good luck! Paul.
  3. Hello, I have both NIB, so if you want me to go through the details I will, but the main difference is the lack of the green colour in the A Parts. Tamiyaman is also very correct, in that the body is finished on the re release. On close inspection, the decals are rather lazily attached and especially the long dotted ones that cross the body diagonally require quite some effort to get looking OK. They also need trimming around the edges, but that is no big deal. Personally I think Tamiya were lazy not producing the red (Ferrari, Nissan), Blue (Jaguar) and Green (Mazda) A parts for the re release. The only car with correct colours is the Merc C11, as that was black in the original. I have a load of C11s and I am building them up as Mazda 787Bs, as I also have a couple of the green parts snagged from a nice tamiyaclub member Simon. The finished bodies on the Ferrari and C11 are less complicated and in my opinion all the better for it in the finished form. If you are a perfectionsist, I would go for the original and get a cockpit. As it happens, I have these all for sale ;-)..... Just drop me a line if interested, although Jason often has them and the cheapest way (without green parts) is to but a C11 and a bodyset ($52) and put it together and sell the C11 bodyset. Kind regards, Paul.
  4. I am 32, I remember asking for Tamiya when 9 and receiving a Nikko truck, all I remember is that it was red, took 8 batteries, which lasted 14 seconds and had two speeds with a switch selector! The next year I got the real thing, a Boomerang. It was funny, I was taken to the shop in advance, I knew what I was getting. Both my father (an engineer) and the shop owner said I could have either the Rocky (Kyosho for those of you who do only Tamiya) and the Boomerang, as they were similarly priced. I remember it well, we were in Milton Keynes, it was a little hobby store and the prices all kitted up were 185 and 180 respectively. I insisted on the Boomerang. Many people said the Rocky was far better technically, they might have been right. To put the argument to rest, some 20 years later I bought a shrink Boomerang, a new built one, a NIB one, a Rocky NIB and two new build Rockys to see what was true. The feel of the Boomerang in the box is better than the Rocky, but as I look at the Rocky technically, I can't help thinking it would have beaten the Boomerang. Either way, I now have both, not to mention fond memories, which after all is what it is all about. Sadly my dad is now at the stage in his life where he doesn't remember building these models with me, which is a great shame, but I can keep the memories alive for both of us. Paul.
  5. Hi guys, it is nice to see such helpful suggestions and Fritjof, I am sure we have dealt many times in the past, if memory serves you drive a hard bargain! I am now posting a trades section and opening the box to offers for parts. This is not a guaranteed sale, I am registering interest for now, so don't get too excited just yet. If serious, please register your interest through the trades, http://www.tamiyaclub.com/trades_model.asp...240&id=4964 All the best, Paul.
  6. Thanks for all your suggestions and kind words, I appreciate them. There has been a couple of developments since I posted this. I left negative feedback and the seller had the audacity to leave me negative feedback also, which I am not bothered about, as the account used is a small buying account only. However, I noticed that my feedback puts him under 98%, which means loss of powerseller status, which might hurt a little. Furthermore, he has offered $1000 refund if I keep it as is, or full refund if I pay the shipping, which frankly is the least of my problems (as personally I agree that in most cases shipping is the responsibility of the buyer if they have chosen to buy something mail order/online, but that is another argument...) The question remains though, what would happen, as the paypal dispute has been raised to a claim, I wouldn't be able to send the goods back to him now it is with a manager. We have to await the outcome, at least that is how it seems. I agree with previous comments regarding this seller's prices, as they are all over the place, however you will note that he recently had a Ranger listed for $1600, when Jason's price in recent weeks/months has ben $2000 and that the Black Porsche is actually a decent price, where the item complete. I think he doesn't really know about the prices, after all he hasn't been doing it for that long. He probably has contacts and time on his hands. Anyway, the feedback has pressed some buttons. I am sure he hasn't read this thread though! He has asked me to remove the feedback first. But I won't, as this is my leverage (at least some of it) All the best, Paul.
  7. You could refer to the manual (downloadable from tamiyaclub.com, as the manuals usually refer to hop up options (as do the box art) which will specify how many of each type of bearings are required. I haven't gone over one in ages, but most probably as it is a 2WD, you will require 2x1150 for each wheel, 3x1150 for the gearbox and 1x850 for the gearbox, but you will need to check this. I haven't checked the manual myself for the hop up recommendations, but at the very least, look at the last two pages, which will state how many of each bearings (plastic and some in the fox are metal races) are provided and their sizes. Quite easily you can pick these up from eBay by typing bearing type into the search engine. I have had good experiences with walawala store, who will also be able to tell you what you need for a fox (bear in mind all models supplied with metal bearings will have upgrades recommended for bearings required over and above those provided. If those are now missing, you will need those too!) Good luck, Paul.
  8. Maybe I am looking at this wrong, maybe we should consider this an opportunity. The first and last time a NIB Black Porsche was broken for spare parts. I could sell the boxes, the manual, the bag and parts, etc all separately to cover my losses. What do you think? This way an incomplete Porsche NIB helps spare parts for dozens of other models and increases the value of NIBs by reducing the number by one! This idea was my friend Radek's, so he has first dibs on what he wants. Any suggestions? Paul.
  9. Dear members, I purchased this model on 1th October: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...N:IT&ih=015 I only regret not bringing this to your attention sooner and leaving it until now to leave negative feedback for this seller. The Black Porsche, which as most will know is quite simply the rarest and most expensive NIB Tamiya kit in the world arrived as described, but missing the S Parts, which for this model are moulded in black and not white (or possibly green) as from other production runs of the same kit. This makes it more valuable, but also almost impossible to complete if parts are missing, as they are simply not available (they never made black spare parts, thanks Radek (rad22rad Alloys) for that information). I have been communicating with the seller, to his credit he has communicated and not exactly disputed the claim. I took it up with eBay, which referred it directly to paypal. Paypal have been less than helpful, now insisting that I get a appraisal from a dealer (who exactly?) describing the contents and that it is incomplete etc. Quite why this is required when the vendor doesn't dispute the missing part I don't know. The seller has continued to communicate, stating that he knows Black Porsche owners etc, that there will be a fair on 7th November in Japan and his latest is that there will be one again on 28th December where he will definitely be able to acquire the parts. Hmm, 28th December, 3 days before my right to leave feedback expires. Suspicious? Coincidental? I now feel that the communication has been a war of attrition, rather than antagonate me and prompt me to leave immediate bad feedback, he has left it so that I miss the feedback period. Will I ever get an S parts in black? Probably never. The very fact that he knows Black Porsche NIB owners is irrelevant, what value would they place on removing a part from a complete kit, rendering it completely worthless (OK, relatively worthless) half the value? a thousand dollars? I don't know, but I don't see him doing it, or them agreeing to it. This statement will hurt my chances of ever selling the model honestly, but what the badword, I won't lie when I sell it. Unlike the seller I don't need $4500 that badly. Just a complete kit and a good reputation (I am also pauljking on eBay, with 100% feedback over 1000 transactions) I am a big boy, I know eBay and paypal don't give a monkey's about us and that their procedures are so wrapped up in red tape in order to discourage people from making claims. Maybe I should never have bought such a high value item from eBay, unfortunately I have wanted one for ages, two came up at the same time roughly and I wanted the NIB not the part built one. What are my alternatives? No one on TC wants to sell one. I guess this renders my kit incomplete, I don't know about the value, but I can and will never sell it for less than what I paid. What value does this thread have? Well it isn't a rant, as I have had a month and a half to cool down. It is simply thus : I couldn't go into the Christmas period knowing that some of you would maybe buy from this guy without warning you, plus it nice to at least get it off my chest. No doubt the moderators will have some reason why they don't like this thread and remove it, but if they do, they will be hurting the club in my opinion. I have tried to be factual and informative, if this ruffles feathers, so be it. If you think I am an idiot for paying this much money for something on eBay, that is your right to have such an opinion. Interesting to note that during this post I received a call from AMEX, whom I called last night, who have decided to take this claim on and have even offered to temporarily credit my account, although I imagine there is a long way ahead before I even see the light at the end of the tunnel. I would welcome any comments, negative or positive, including an idea where to get a (letter headed, not email) appraisal from a dealer? Thanks for listening, Paul.
  10. I have the report keyword spamming link on my favourites list (I am going to have a long hard think about what I am doing with my life.....) Regarding Germans, Austrians too, they are notorious (maybe well known would be better) for not liking credit cards. Like certain nationalities who boycotted Macro, who effectively stick another unnecessary layer of distribution in between shops and wholesalers, they hate credit cards. If you think about it, it is sound. I have a friend who has restaurants, where everyone pays with a credit card (he is an American, but of German origin, coincidentally) even if they have cash in their pocket because they a) want to show their friends they have a Centurion card can't be bothered to count the money (or are too drunk too, like I am now), or c) just don't think otherwise. If his annual actual profit is 10%, the credit cards are taking nearly a third of that, so think of it in those terms. They aren't even partners! If you buy (or for that matter sell) Tamiya say $10,000 worth a year, just think paypay are getting $400 worth. It all adds up. I went to an Austrian village once and had to drive 20 km to find a bank machine, because no one (I mean no one, not the Interspar, the hotel, the pub etc) would take a credit card and there were no cash machines in the village! They all drive Mercedes and BMW and live a nice life, so they must be doing something right! I realise the argument also goes that credit cards give someone an opportunity to buy something they might otherwise not be able to afford, therefore giving the seller an opportunity that might otherwise be missed, however, I don't believe in buying something I can't afford, or pay for straight away. Paul.
  11. ^You are spot on^, there is no shill bidding there, just someone protecting the community from a fake offer of a Sand Scorcher. I noticed earlier that it was iffy, then I realised I had seen the photo before and the text referred to things that aren't visible in the photo. Just a dishonest man caught out. All the best, Paul.
  12. Hello, I have been in touch with the management about this subject in the last week, it is quite a coincidence that you were thinking along the same lines! In fact there are a couple missing from the first 100 even, I have already got the English Ligier JS9 Matra (58012) manual ready and will be scanning this shortly. The BMW Brabham is also missing from these important early models and I have NOT got access to that for now, unfortunately. 134-137 are also missing, from which you have 134 and I would urge anyone with the others to consider uploading them. Chris is monitoring this thread, so if you post which manuals you have access to here, he will contact you to arrange delivery, you can also contact me, as I will be uploading a few myself, if you prefer. Certain later ones are still in production by Tamiya and therefore copyright rules exist, but Chris knows which. Just post those you have and we will take it from there. It is clearly true that we have them within our groups, as NIBs are listed for all the models with missing manuals. I may take to contacting some of those members directly if this doesn't work, but not for now. Thanks for bringing this up to public forum. Without meaning to be disrespectful to our members to whom English is a foreign language, it is generally considered that an English language manual will be preferable to one that is not bilingual in a foreign language (say Japanese only) as although many Japanese modellers are kind enough to speak English, we English tend to be lazy learning new languages (as one who has just spent 10 years learning Czech, I can tell you it is hard!) These English language manuals can be read by more people, so they would be preferable. Of course, if there is no alternative the club will be delighted to have manuals that are at least in Japanese. Regards, Paul (loaded)
  13. This model will be released on 28th September in Japan, priced at approximately 12000 YEN ex taxes and shipping. You know what that means....They will be twice as much once they get here :-( Or you can order from the chain smoking Australian... I am guessing Fusionhobbies will have them for about 110, less any discounts you might get. Of course we won't get them until at least October here in Britain.
  14. I would call that a lucky dip, I have been lucky with these boxes of bits too, although usually they are full of junk with just a few useable bits in. Quite right though, you are doing it in the other direction, resurrection rather than destruction. Even so, I think this is more about taking new builds, or good builds and deliberately breaking them to make money from spares. After all the people who sell boxes of junk have no idea what they have most of the time, which is why they are listed as: '6 remote control buggy cars in bits. Found in neighbours garage.' Or something similar ;-)
  15. D'oh, I did a search, found nothing on this topic. Maybe search engine didn't work, maybe the thread is incorrectly or differently named. ;-) Paul.
  16. One donor buggy being sacrificed to make dozens complete seems to me a cold but logical way of keeping the hobby going, after all they are not going to re issue many models (although I am delighted I can now get super gripper tyres for a couple of bucks!) and this will be the only way of getting parts. Mind you, I would never do it myself. I have half done it, I have taken bad NIB kits (missing bits, or rubbish boxes) and sold what was left that I didn't need for my collection. I have also taken multiple parts from a number of buggies to make a couple of good ones and got rid of the rest, this makes sense to me. I would say the people doing this fall into two categories: 1) Enthusiasts like us who occasionally want to raise a bit of money from spares they will no longer use on buggies that are not worth restoring. 2) Opportunists who feed the hobby with a few parts we might not otherwise get. I wouldn't do it to something nice, but others don't really care about these things. I reckon very little money is made, frankly it can't be worth the effort. But we can't tell them what to do with their buggies and money and time. Final thought, wouldn't you like your organs to be donated after your death? But what if somebody took them from you before you were in the ground! Paul.
  17. I just got tipped off about a new collection of miniatures from Tamiya. Similar in size to the ones that came free with coffee a couple of years ago, these are much higher detail. I was reluctant to post this here, but considering they are of vintage models, I decided this was the place. Here is a link to the video and the webpage. Enjoy ;-) http://www.tamiya.com/japan/products/buggy...ion07/index.htm http://www.tamiya.com/japan/products/buggy...on07/secret.wmv
  18. Thanks for your support, I really appreciate it. This is a nice hobby, there are problems sometimes, the more you trade, the more problems there are. I have a couple going on right now, this one and another small problem. The other problem I am on the other side and we are both being reasonable and resolving it, I have absolutele confidence we will both be happy at the end. This one has dragged on and now he has involved paypal. I am 100% confident I have done everything I can and that I am in the right. I know sometimes people can feel let down, or if they have been burnt once they can feel reluctant to trust sellers again. But we must treat each transaction fresh. Having said that, you are right, sometimes there are people that just can't be pleased whatever you do! I hope this sorts itself out, but once again, thanks for the comments. All the best, P.
  19. So, the saga continues. Now I am convinced this guy just wants a return, but I am not K-Mart! The sale is final. He has not returned the item for swap out to me, now my other customer (the one who so kindly offered to let me swap the blister) has started his build, so this difficult customer has painted himself into a corner. I can now only offer himself spare springs and the aerial. Why oh why do people make things so difficult? He now threatens to make a claim with paypal, who I have been in touch with to confirm the policy. He does done everything to frustrate this deal and I am so angry. I know paypal will side with me at the end of the day, but I will have to go through the boring proving what I sent, tracking numbers etc before they do. Hassle I can do without. You can please some of the people all of the time, all of the people some of the time, but you can't please ****! All the best, Paul. PS : Might get interesting now, as I have given him a link to the thread! Maybe he will put his point across.
  20. Thank you for your supportive comments. I felt I was being as good as I could be, but it can be easy to doubt yourself when something goes wrong. After some of the comments were made, I decided to send a final email, which has not been responded to (all weekend). Here is a copy of the email, the name removed for obvious reasons. If the buyer wished to identify himself to give over his own opinion, then that is up to him, this is, after all, a public forum. Dear ******, I am worried about you. One moment you are happy and reasonable, the other you are demanding refunds and spitting fire. If you are suffering from mood swings, then I suggest you stop taking this out on me, lest I decide to not help you anymore. If I get one more strange email from you, you can keep the kit as it is. I have bent over backwards to rectify a simple honest mistake, which was started when Tamiya made the item incorrectly. For the record, once again, I apologise. But, this is not Walmart, you can't just throw your toys out of the pram and be unreasonable about returning the item that is faulty. I have stated (twice) that the item is not in my possession, I am awaiting its return. Now it may shock you to realise that this is not the only thing in my life and whilst I have promised and continue to promise to help, the returned item can only be photographed when I have it in my possession. If that means that you can't return the blister to me before I go away, then you will have to wait until I get back. I saw the item recently and know that it has similar cracks in the blister around the Technigold. I also know from the customer that there are no missing items. You are making a simple exchange very difficult, do you have a different agenda, for example, have you realised you don't want the kit after all and want a refund, because that might explain the constant mention of refunds. Please consider the above very carefully before responding. Kind regards, Paul.
  21. Nice comments, keep 'em coming, thanks! I would say that 1000 transactions is not many over 3 years, to be honest a lot of this is really nickel and dime stuff, but I have sold many nice kits, including a couple of record breakers. The nice thing is, 90% of kits I sell actually go to nice repeat customers, which is in itself a nice commendation. I have had a couple of problems in the past, I have let a couple of people down unintentionally and tried my best to put the problems right. Although these items were missing from the factory, I SHOULD have noticed, but I didn't. The aerial, incidently, I had already set aside for this customer, he just started saying he wouldn't return the blister until I sent him high res photos. I pointed out it wasn't in my possession and the other client couldn't take photos etc. If I had been in his position, I would have started to become worried if I wasn't receiving emails back and offers to sort this out. After all, lets face it, if I wanted to let him down, I would simply leave him in the lurch. Despite what many think, if I can prove I sent him the item, if the transaction was off eBay (paypal or not) he has no recourse. I don't hide behind that kind of nonsense, of course, but when I get tirades from customers, I think to myself, why put up with it! Life is too short. Bottom line was this : Honest mistake, offered to sort it and cover all costs to get him exactly what he ordered. Let's also remember Tamiya failed to put the item in there, not me! I do think there are a lot of people out there who expect to buy 20 year old toys, at 20 year old prices (I think the 959 and Celica were around £300, but it would be nice if someone could confirm this) and get a Hamleys service, with gift wrapping and returns policy. The truth is, these kits have been about a bit, people have opened anc checked contents (sometimes removed things) and expectations can be much too high. They are rare (only eBay and the internet makes them more accessible, but they are still rare) and the mentality can sometimes be to throw toys out of the pram when they don't get their way instantly. It is far from being everyone, of course, but some people are like this. I also reckon something else may have happened, like his wife insisting he send it back (I have had THIS many times before!) otherwise he wouldn't be constantly asking for a full refund and to return it. He would be offering to take a part refund for the missing item, or taking me up on my swap. I NEVER return items for this very reason. Why should any private seller swap something because wifey tells him he shouldn't have it after it has already been sent? He should be bold enough to tell her no, or not buy it in the first place (I wonder how many chaps have tried this and lost teeth or gotten black eyes? Maybe we should start a thread!) Thanks, Paul.
  22. Hello Steve, and thanks for your comments. I am not sure I understand you completely, firstly this is a TC transaction, no eBay rules/regs. Secondly, what do you mean by italicising your? I simply meant I don't force anyone to buy anything. It is an English expression, not sure if you are English, or if the expression exists in other countries, but it simply means that I don't force people to buy kits at any price, or in any condition. Selling things to fund the hobby is a bit of a waste of time, as soon as I can I will stop doing it, it is better to simply concentrate that parts of your efforts on your job! I found I lost focus on more important things, so I have slowed down massively anyway. Thanks, Paul.
  23. Hello and thanks for the support, Actually I am not offering a complete refund. I never offer refunds, all sales are final, as I have come across people receiving cars then making excuses why they want to send them back. For example, my wife won't let me, my daughter bid on it, etc etc. If someone buys something, however and there is a problem, I always sort it out. I am not being given the chance and I think he is angling for a refund because for some reason he has cold feet. Because I sell items exactly as described there is no room for ambiguity. Believe it or not, not even shops here in the UK are required to refund on items. Only if they are faulty, or 'not fit for the purpose for which they were intended'. All the best, Paul.
  24. (To the Mods, if this is in the wrong place, feel free to move it, however, couldn't think of a better place) I recently listed a couple of new in box Celicas on TC trades. They were snapped up quickly, all were similar in condition and I received a response from the first customer, absolutely delighted with his purchase. The other customer was not quite so similar.... I need a little help, because I am not sure if perhaps I am becoming jaded about people after having had a few difficult customers, even when I have bent over backwards to help them. For the record, I sell a few bits and pieces to supplement my hobby (who doesn't) I never put a gun to someones head, they can buy if they want, not if they don't want to. I have a one hundred percent eBay rating, over one thousand transactions, many for hundreds of pounds for vintage kits. So here are the facts: I quoted him a delivery price based on him being in the Netherlands (he had a .net email address and on the original email I stated Delivery to Holland £15). He agreed and sent the money, after having asked me to confirm that the kit was indeed in great condition. When I received his paypal, it turned out he was in the States, which he had never denied, but he must have thought it odd that I quoted him delivery to Holland. I had to charge him a little extra, to his credit he didn't quibble. I inspected the kit (although wholesale rummaging is something I am against, as it causes wear, besides I would have done this when I originally received it) and it seemed in order, I packed it very carefully and despatched it using an insured tracked EPS service. It arrived quickly and immediately I got a response, stating huge disappointment and demanding an instant refund. It would interest anyone to know what heinous crimes I had committed to get this response! So I will tell you. 1) The aerial was pink! (OK, it was at the bottom of the box, not exactly a big deal. 2) The blister was missing the front springs. They hadn't been cut, or surrupticiously removed, they simply weren't there. Never had been. Now I immediately put my hands up and stated that I hadn't noticed this before and offered to replace the blister (the whole pack with another one, new, in the same condition and complete). Lucky I was able to do that, most sellers can't Now I acknowledge that the above was a mistake, however it was an honest one, packing up many kits, as we all do and running two businesses, occasionally something happens. The main point is that I immediately offered to recitify the situation. I thought I had found one in my spares section, but it turned out that a small item had been removed, so I shelved that idea. Then I spoke to the other customer who had been so happy with his purchase, as he had said that he would build his. I offered him some free spares and to cover all shipping costs if I swapped his complete blister with the one missing the springs. He, without hesitation, said he didn't mind and didn't want any spares, I couldn't believe how helpful and reasonable he was being. So I explained to my other customer that this was going on, that items were being swapped, that I didn't have a photo, but that on its arrival with me I would get him a photo and in the meantime to get the other item to me as soon as possible (seeing as I go away the end of next week, he is in the States and I wanted to deal with it before my long holiday) Well I got another email saying I was being really difficult and demanding a full refund (not the first time). I have since lost patience, here I am busing a gut to do everything in my power to help him, many sellers could have just left it and I am being told I am being obstructive! I can't send a photo of something that isn't in my possession and won't refund someone when it rectifying the situation is so easily in my grasp. I received a NIB 959 once from a well known seller, the motor wires clean fallen off the Technigold. When I told him, he said, well it would take 10 seconds to solder them on. Hardly the point, I think you will agree! I am covering ALL extra shipping costs, taking lots of time and getting told I am unreasonable in the meantime! It is not as if I am Walmart! What do you think? Paul.
  25. Dear all, I was recently contacted by Andy, with whom I have traded reciprocally on and off for the last year or so. He has (or had) an eBay shop and showroom here on TC and sold many items and had quite a loyal customer base. Andy informs me that his wife recently gave birth to their fourth child, I am sure we can all share in their delight! Unfortunately, Andy has suffered some physical symptoms brought on by a number of factors, perhaps including business and a busy life and has spent some two months in the hospital unable to communicate or do any business. In fact, his wife came to 'visit' him when she came to the hospital to have their baby! His eBay business has suffered as a result, I just did a search on his name and find that he is no longer registered. He has asked me to inform any customers that now he is back at home, although not fully convalesced and is attempting to complete all outstanding orders. His wife and family were unable to do this for him, for perhaps obvious reasons. If you have any business with Andy, or think you do and noticed his 'disappearance', feel free to contact him via email at: takeyapick@aol.com Please do not contact me, as I have absolutely no idea what he sold to whom! Feel free to attach any posts to this thread. Wishing Andy a speedy recovery, Paul King.
