Thanks everyone, wasn't sure if anyone cared due to lack of replies compared to views.
I do not have any Pumpkin chassis shots as of now, but can once I get my camera back. It does have ball bearings, CVA shocks, CRP HD knukles, CRP HD steering kit, Tamiya chrome 2.2 wheels, Pro-line Moab tires, Parma wheelie bar, 3rd shock mod using Grasshopper shock, shock tower stiffener, ESC, Sapphire motor, Tamiya headlight kit, and a chrome Clod Buster roll bar.. I have a Blackfoor driver tree I might try to finish and install.
The Clod has a bunch of ESP stuff...zilla II chassis, lift, front & rear bumpers, wheelie bar (not pictured) & cantilever kit (also not pictured). It also has a Crawford Performance locker in the rear (maybe front later, I have it), alum bed cover, and wheel wideners. It has Traxxas oil shocks with Pumpkin chrome springs. I still need to dye the stock clod red colored steering parts black and finish assembly. I have a Parma Hemi engine kit I might put in one day, still tossing that idea around though.
Thanks for the compliments everyone!

I would like to see a late 60's early 70's Ford Bronco...or a 67-72 Chevy/GMC truck or Blazer.

Although I am not on this forum too much, I really enjoy it as well as Tamiya R/C's. Unfortunately, I have soo much other stuff going on I don't get to dabble too much with them, so they often sit for a great deal of time. Anyhow, I got the bug again and rebuilt these two guys from the stock rides they once were. They are not done, but I have everything for them to make them drivers. Hope you like them, comments are welcome.
The Clod Buster is now a Clodzilla II with the usual Clod upgrades. Will do a modified box art paintjob. The Midnight Pumpkin is heavily modified with lots of vintage and present hop-ups. It is painted to mimic the So-Cal Speed Shop shop truck from the 50's/60's.

Has anyone fit the Pro-line 1980 Chevy Blazer or pickup body to either a stock Clod chassis or Clodzilla II chassis? If so, can you please post a picture? Thinking of mounting one on my Clodbuster (with a 'zilla II chassis), but am unsure how much of a scale difference there will be. Thanks in advance.

Can you tell me more about the Bronco body you are using there? Who makes it, where can I find one, etc.?
Truck looks great by the way!

Great info guys...thanks. Here are the two shock kits I am looking at getting..

I am unsure if the Parma shocks are oil or not...anyone know?
Shodog, my Hornet has a similar aluminum aftermarket shock mount like yours, but mine is not angled on the end...it is designed to use the factory style shocks. Here is a pic of it..

Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to upgrade the front of my Hornet to oil shocks?
Thanks again for the help guys.

Thanks Shodog!
Two more questions, do you know if Tamiya ever offered a front oil shock upgrade for the Hornet/Grasshopper? Are the You G oil shocks any good?
Thanks again.

Does anyone know what the Tamiya Grasshopper/Hornet "high performance suspension kit" consist of? I am interested in one and am curious what I will be getting if I purchase it.

Thanks for the compliments!
The wheelie bar is actually a Parma made hop up. It is no longer produced, but I have seen them on E-bay before (that is where I got mine). It would however be pretty easy to build your own...there isn't much to it. If you would like close ups just let me kow.

Hi everyone, I am a new member so I just wanted to drop a line, introduce myself, and show you my "monster" truck. My name is Jeff, and I reside in Minneapolis Minnesota, and I have owned my Midnight Pumpkin for as long as I can remember. It has been hopped up with the following parts: Tamiya chrome 2.2 rims, Blackfoot tires, ball bearings, Tamiya oil filled shocks, CRP HD knuckles and steering kit, HD steering servo, Tamiya headlight kit, Clod Buster chrome roll bar and hood scoop, Parma wheelie bar, Traxxas ESC, Deans connectors, and Futaba radio gear. I hope you folks enjoy looking at it as much as I enjoy driving it & modifying it, and I look forward to hearing from some fellow MP/LB owners.

Parma made a wheelie bar for the MP/LB back when these trucks were new (er). I found mine on eBay, NIP. You could easily make your own. It helps TREMENDOUSLY when doing wheelies.
CRP also made HD uprights, and are often on eBay as well.
Blackfoot wheels also fit these trucks.
