  1. Hello rcracerpete, I have run a 8T double one mine with no problems, BUT you have to check if your main transmission axle (the one to which the spur gear holder is attached to) as 3 ball bearings. On TAO4, TAO4 S and SS, it has only two, whereas the R and TRF have 3. This third ball bearing prevents vibrations one the end of the axle, which can cause the spur gear to be destoyed, especially if you have the 04 module. If you don't have that option, simply bye a new ball bearing (840 size), and use small washers between this BB and the spur gear holder. Another point is that the aluminium spur gear holder is strongly recommended. Regards, Oliver
  2. Hello FKhanro, I'm in France, and was lucky enough to see both cars running on the same track. From what the happy owner of those two top-cars said, the Evo4 behaves pretty like the evo3 : sharp response when accelerating, in comparison with belt type transmission. The new suspensions arms seems to increase the steering hability of the car, but it's perhaps because there is now the 2° caster angle at the front. The 415 seems to work better than the 414 => Center of gravity lowered, different mass repartition on the chassis... In fact both cars are well designed, race fast. But i still prefer the 415, which is lighter than the evo (about 60 g). The only weak point are the belts, but the new white ones seems to be OK. Regards Oliver
