Was talking to a guy who is a member of the same clissic car club that i am in (real cars) we were talking about another member who restores old riley cars, and that he makes a lot of parts himself as there are very few spares for them. He also mentioned that he has a lathe and can make just about anything on it. So my plan is the next time i see him my going to ask him if he can make a spacer for me so i can fit a new moter in the gear box.

Need some help folks. Im restoring a wild willy at moment but the motor is pretty worn out, what other cars did tamiya make that had a motor that would fit in the motor base properley without moving about? I tried a brand new silver can from a tt01 but was no use. Cheers Davie

Would like to see more trailers for the trucks, a low loader and a tipper would be great, also construction vehicles diggers and bulldozers would be really cool. Since ive spent my life on farms a tractor would be a good laugh

IM in Angus/Perthshire live on a farm so got some really great places for an off road event or rock crawling

Got lots of cracking noises coming from my brat gear box, ive replaced the spur gear and the plastic diff gear, but still makes the same noise, ive checked all the teeth on the other gears and they all seem fine please could someone tell me what the problem is. Im running it with a timiya lightly tuned moter and using the high speed gearing. Cheers

Hi im doing a conversion on an xc cc touareg chassis and need some help. At the moment i have both diffs locked and have tlt wheels fitted. Does any one know how i can get more ground clearance on the front suspension and more suspension travel Also what shocks to fit to the rear to do the same. Could someone please tell me what parts to use from other kits and if possible the part numbers.Also want to know what parts to use to make the wheel base longer to fit a differant body shell.Im using the truck for rock crawling and is pretty good the way i have it just now, the tlt wheels and tyres really are good, i just want to make it better. Anyone ever turned there king hauler or globeliner into a tow truck? I am thinking about doing this and was hopeing someone would have some pics of a conversion they have done to give me ideas.
