I had these RC4WD King Shocks from a previous build, they might be a tad too long, but I’ll make them work. The Shock and link mount is from a steering knuckle for a Tamiya Fox

So after many years of planning and doing absolutely nothing, I decided to finally sit down and make this a reality, assuming that all the parts work together😂 I’m starting with this: Tamiya King Hauler drop axle that I’ll be 4 linking....

In an effort to give this car a different and tougher look, I decided to go with a "FAV' ish look to the Striker and painted it "olive" or "military" green...

The part that I hatted about this particular model was the plastic axles, drive cups, and dogbones.... So I replaced all of it with Thorpe parts...

I apologize for being a bit late in posting a build thread on my Tamiya Striker, but I think since build threads on this particular model are scarce, I decided to throw mine into the mix..... Also added a rear magnetic mounting kit from boom racing....

This is what I'm shooting for: -
With the Blackfoot body on, i need to start working on linking the front end, will definitely have to shorten the rear links to make room for the fronts, as it sits now, my front links would be too short to have any significant articulation....
